Claridge Hotel

Nada todo muy bien, cumple con todo, y el no tener desayuno en las instalaciones se complementa muy bien con las cafeterias y restaurantes que estan a solo unos metros del hotel. En si todo muy bien excelente.

- La reserva decía: 3 camas individuales y cuando llegamos tuvimos que compartir cama matrimonial pequeña.
- Reclamamos con el recepcionista y nos trató mal, nos respondió de mal modo, diciendo que era nuestro problema si no aclaramos en la reserva que queríamos 3 camas individuales. Y que vayamos al día siguien a cambiar habitación a las 12 del mediodía (imposible porque estábamos en un tour).
- La habitación era muy pequeña, no teníamos lugar para poner nuestras valijas.
-Llegamos y el baño no estaba limpio: el tacho de basura del baño estaba lleno.
-Tuvimos que pedir cada día que nos den un rollo de papel higiénico para el baño.
-Tuvimos que pedir un toallon porque solo nos dieron 2 y reservamos la habitación para 3 personas.
-Daba miedo subir por el ascensor porque se movía y era antiguo, solo entraban 2 personas (o 1 con valija).

De kamer, de badkamer.

Ήταν μια τραγική εμπειρία,διαμονή για μια βραδιά και μπαίνοντας στην είσοδο μύριζε έντονα ούρα.Η όλη εικόνα στην ρεσεψιόν παρέπεμπε σε ελληνική ταινία του 50.Μου δώθηκε δωμάτιο στον 8 όροφο,και με την παράδοση του κλειδιού πήρα και το χειριστήριο του κλιματιστικού που ήταν βρώμικο.Μπαινοντας στο δωμάτιο μύριζε έντονα ποτισμένη μυρωδιά απο τσιγάρο και ιδρώτα.Τα έπιπλα ήταν πολύ παλιά και το κρεβάτι ήταν μονοκλινο όπου το στρώμα και το μαξιλάρι μυριζανε άσχημα.Το σεντόνι είχε τρύπα και ήταν μικρότερο απ' το στρώμα και σε κάθε κίνηση έπρεπε να το στρώνω.Το μαξιλάρι ήταν σαν πέτρα . Δεν έβαλα σε λειτουργία το κλιματιστικό γιατί ήταν πολύ παλιό,κιτρινισμενο και φοβόμουν μήπως δεν έχει γίνει ποτέ συντήρηση.Το κρεβάτι ετριζε πολύ σε κάθε αλλαγή θέσης.Στο μπάνιο η λεκάνη είχε πουρί,το κουβαδάκι μύριζε πολύ άσχημα και τα προϊόντα περιποίησης περιορίζονταν σε δύο μικρά σαπουνακια χεριών.Ωστοσο υπήρχαν δύο πετσέτες καθαρές.Το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου ήταν πολύ μεγάλο με θέα την πλατεία Ομονοίας.Η τζαμαρία της μπαλκονόπορτας είχε ένα μεγάλο ράγισμα και φοβήθηκα να την ανοιγοκλείνω..Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ήταν ελλειπεστατη.Παρεπιπτοντως οι φωτογραφίες που είχα δει δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με το δωμάτιο που έμεινα.

Surrounding of hotel is very problematic and unpleasant

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was very small and offered very little space for comfort.

The bathroom was the biggest issue: the shower tray was extremely small and clogged, and water leaked onto the floor every time I took a shower, leaving the entire bathroom wet.

The air conditioner was very old and visibly dirty, which did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.

I believe significant improvements are needed for the hotel to meet reasonable standards of comfort and quality.
