Pros:

Good location close to the main areas. Nice places for food around hotel. Very nice pool.

Cons:

The air conditioning system doesn’t work very well in the rooms. Would be better if you could turn on air conditioning manually and set it yourself instead of the sliding door system. Lifts are also very slow.

Nada recomanable y me hubiera marchado en 2n día.

La ubicacion, el personal de animación.

Cons:

En las habitaciones suciedad en los armarios, suelo,toallas muy sucias igual que las sábanas.
La comida escasa y pésima no había mucho que elegir. La piscina el agua terbula todos los días.

Great value, friendly staff, clean and comfortable and close to the nearby bars and restaurants.
Pros:

We had an early check out time to catch a flight in Barcelona and the kitchen staff were very helpful by opening the breakfast restaurant early for us. Good value cocktails.

Cons:

Pool area is a little tired but clean and fine for our stay. The process to get into the underground car park was a little confusing but perhaps I didn't listen to the instructions well enough!

Lovely family holiday
Pros:

Just had a lovely family week in the sun in Salou.

Location - Perfect! A stunning quiet beach a stones throw away, with shops, bars and restaurants close by. Short 10 lovely minute walk along promenade to get to bustling Salou.

Bedrooms - Clean and basic, beds not the most comfortable and air con noisy. Sea view from 8th floor stunning. Staff friendly and cleaned every day.

Restaurant- Very good…Plenty of varied food choices. Just gets very busy with coach trips and sports teams so get there early.

Bar - The only letdown, staff never smile and even though you have spent a lot of money for all inclusive, a simple drink order seems like a big effort, definitely need customer care training.
