Extremely disappointing and wouldn’t be recommending it.
Pros:

It’s location and pool.

Cons:

I didn’t like how you weren’t told about the noise level in the evenings when booking with this hotel(especially when staying with a baby)
I didn’t like that the staff weren’t very helpful about the situation and told us if we wanted to move we would have to pay supplementary fee. Music ran on well past 11pm some nights when we were told they would be finished by 11pm!
I didn’t like you had to pay a deposit on a kettle , safe.(offered first kettle it was broken , offered a second and it was a filthy kettle)
I didn’t like there was a phone in the room and when we went to contact the reception there was no wire to connect the phone. Useless.
The waiting for a lift with a 7 month old for over a half hour most mornings, the queues for all holiday makers was terrible. There was elderly people waiting, people with buggy’s people in wheelchairs. An absolute disgrace!
Was a very disappointing stay overall.

We don't expect that poor facilities of a 4 star hotel.

We love the location.

Cons:

We don't like the poor facility condition like; very slow/old,small, noisy elevator, old and broken fixtures in the toilet and bedroom, and less cooling air conditioning.

Cons:

This hotel really needs a renovation, the hallways and rooms are close to out of date.
The elevators are only two and very slow, so if you are in good health you are better of by running the stairs even though you have a room on the 9th floor (lobby on 2nd).
