Otel müstek metrosuna ve dolayısıyla merkeze çok yakındı gün içinde yürümekten yorulduğumuzda otele gelip dinlenebildik konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi toplu taşıma kulllanmamıza gerek kalmadı
Bize verilen oda sigara içilmeyen bir odaymış biz hiç farketmedik bu durumu ve odada sigara içtik hatta pet şişeye koyduk izmariti yani farkınds olmadığımız için saklama gereksinimi de duymadık ertesi gün odaya geldiğimizde 200 euro ceza yazan bir notla karşılaştık. Resepsiyondaki kişiye bize odaya giriş yaparken söylenmediğini yeterli uyarının yapılmadığını söylediğimizde biraz sinirlendi ama başka bir çalışanın araya girmesiyle uyarı olarak kabul ettiler cezadan vazgeçtiler neyse ki sorunsuz kapattık konuyu

Výborná poloha blízko stanice metra, v centru města. Hotel příjemný, není příliš velký.
Naprosto nedostačující servis při snídani. Samotný výběr všeho býl velký a pestrý. Překvapivé množství domácího pečiva, závinů atd. Naproti tomu velmi pokulhává odnášení použitého nádobí od stolu. Slečny se vybavovaly u stolečku pro registraci hostů. Stoly dlouho po odchodu hostů zůstaly plné bez povšimnutí...škoda. Jinak ostatní služby v pořádku.

Special mention to Thomas for going above and beyond! The champagne and chocolates on arrival were a wonderful surprise, and his help booking all of our tours and dinner reservations made our trip completely seamless. Thank you for the great hospitality—highly recommended!
Location in the heart of the centre only walking distance to main attractions and very clean and breakfast very good and having also gym facilities

Nice place, everything at hand, a bit noisy at night but it`s down town, I excepted it. Breakfasts were good, coffee not bad.
Everything was good, I arrived earlier, but my room was ready and I didn`t need to wait for check in.
En adéquation avec les attentes. Très bien situé, chambres propres et litterie agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande ce logement ! Déjeuner assez varié, très pratique !
