The staff were informative and professional.

Cons:

The pool was under renovation and we were not able to use it. It would have been helpful if that information was posted and available to read during the reservation process. I was traveling with my senior citizen mom, and daughter, and relying on the pool to help with daily exercises.

Great location. The staff was really attentive.
They cleaned the room more than once a day. They also provided umbrellas and shoe cleaners by the entrance. Comfortable pillows

Cons:

The spa, gym and pool were closed for the week we were there. No prior warning notice or an email to let us know in advance. Yet no discount given or even free breakfast offered. We were only informed of the facilities being closed during check in, disappointment. The key cards !!! Oh my goodness. They needed re-set several times a day , every day. I get they are magnetic, if left next to mobiles etc it can affect them ; these are way beyond the normal expectation . You would go down for breakfast without your phone, get back to
your room on the 4th floor and discover the keycard wasn’t working , back downstairs to get it reset. History repeats itself over and over throughout the day. Every day. Breakfast was not included in price and that wasn’t clear on booking. My fault I suppose for not reading the small print ; but for several hundred pounds I wrongly assumed it was included. Had to pay the equivalent of over £50 per day, per person for a very repetitive, poor options daily breakfast.

Обовʼязково повернуся ще, адже готель залишив після себе лише позитивні враження. Не вистачало лише місця де можна посуш

Готель розміщений в центрі міста, на площі ринок. Інтерʼєр прекрасний, сніданки різноманітні, персонал на сніданках уважний. Можна зробити замовлення по меню і окремо вибрати на свій смак.

Cons:

При заселенні розповіли про умови проживання , але при відвіданні спа зони ніхто не провів ознайомлення із спектром можливих послуг.
