Albergo molto bello , a 2 passi dalla piazza principale di Cracovia

Staff non all'altezza delle stelle
Serio , pochi sorrisi ma su quello non si può obbligare nessuno.
A colazione però siamo stati praticamente ignorati. Il caffè sono dovuta andare a richiederlo.m io
Buffet era scarno , non c era nulla di cucinato
Solo dopo mezz ora ho notato che altri tavoli avevano il menù e stavano ordinando dalla cucina
A quel punto ho dovuto IO chiedere se fosse stato possibile avere qsa e a quel punto mi e stato portato il menù
Onestamente questo non è il servizio che si dovrebbe dare al cliente in una struttura a 5 stelle
Stanza grande ma tanto tanto buia perché da su una corte interna .
Bagno dotato di vasca e doccia ma prodotti per il bagno presenti solo lato doccia quindi se uno decide di farsi il bagno non ha nulla a portata di mano.

Titulo de 5 estrella pero no llega

Ubicacion, instalaciones, limpieza

Cons:

El personal parece no estar formado ni ser muy competente. Personas en recepcion repanchingadas en el asiento, personal de cafeteria inexperto, sin iniciativa ninguna en el trato al cliente. Falta el toque profesional y distintivo de un 5 estrellas.

Pros:

Toll restauriertes Haus in zentralster Lage. Das Frühstück ist da noch einmal positiv hervorzuheben. Das Holen und Bringen des an anderer Stelle sicher geparkten Autos hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Hund war im Hotel gern gesehen und gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Nachts ist es von der Straße her etwas lauter durch feiernde Menschen. Das liegt an der zentralen Lage. Die Fenster dämmen das aber sehr gut.

Fantastic Location but issues with loud neighbours and breakfast
Pros:

Great location. Lovely spa and treatments. Beautiful and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was not of a good standard. English breakfast was disgusting under cooked eggs. Frankfurters no proper sausage and raw mushroom. Omelette was good.

Terrible noise at night time. Did not stop till 3am. Wessing or twchno club? None of the 6 of us staying slept. Apology but no attempt to compensate for no sleep. Hotel did allow us late check out.

Estilo moderno y señorial en el centro de Cracovia
Pros:

La ubicación, el hotel en general y el trato del personal

Cons:

Solo un pequeño fallo en la iluminación del baño (que por otra parte es excelente, en especial la ducha)
