A comfortable stay at a beautiful hotel that is only 50 meters the city square.
Pros:

Awesome location. Amazing architecture that blends modern design into an older building. Great rooftop bar with a view of the city square; and an excellent breakfast bar with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Nothing really. There was some late-night street noise from party goers on Saturday evening, but we really did not care.

Pros:

Pięknie zaprojektowany hotel, zachowuje charakter krakowskiej starówki. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracjach Trzy rybki i Nowe rybki. Bardzo przyjemny bar na dachu. Miła obsługa. Ładny basen (ale uwaga, woda miała temperaturę około 25-26 stopni, więc raczej nie dla małych dzieci), przyjemna część wellness. Doskonała lokalizacja przy rynku, jednocześnie nie w samej pierzei, zatem jest tu nieco spokojniej.

Cons:

Pokój hotelowy był bardzo ciemny (brak jakiegokolwiek górnego oświetlenia). Sytuacji nie poprawiał widok na patio przykryte przezroczystym zadaszeniem, które rozprasza światło. W hotelu podczas mojego pobytu odbywały się imprezy zamknięte wyłączające część przestrzeni (bar na dachu) z użytku gości. Imprezy były głośne i jedna z nich (wesele) trwało do późnych godzin nocnych. Hotel nie poinformował o tym fakcie pomimo tego, że miał kontakt do mnie, a jak wiadomo wesela organizuje się z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Uważam, że to absolutnie niedopuszczalne.

The basic breakfast buffet and its presentation didn't quite match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. The flat white was also a bit disappointing and could have been better.

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Krakau
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Krakau. Sind im Vorfeld bereits angeschrieben und über Angebote und Zusatzdienstleistungen, wie Flughafentransfer, informiert worden. Diese Aufmerksamkeit ist während des Aufenthaltes weitergegangen.
