Enjoying stay, hotel nice, very clean, accommodation staff friendly.

Good choice if breakfast.

Cons:

Queuing for breakfast.
Felt rushed to eat breakfast, plates taken away as soon as food finished.
Staff not too friendly in restaurant, was approached by manager in restaurant about an unpaid alcohol from previous persons in our room.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié, balcon terrasse très agréable , personnels très compétents....

Cons:

La piscine est beaucoup trop froide, faire des animations pour les adultes ambiançées....la chambre un peu petite par rapport aux photos

Location was good, lots of choices and staff friendly

Cons:

Air con in room was not strong enough, but kept balcony doors open at night to cool the room. Had to get housekeeping to let us into our room, but they did not confirm the name on the room, slight security risk. Also my husband had to get a new key and again reception team did not confirm name on room. Batterys changed on door all good..Maria was very helpful to us. Another lady called a taxi for us, wrote down a reference number on a piece of scrap paper, which had full details of another guests stay, dates, name room type etc.. slight GDPR issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay, we added dinner on and was very pleased as a family with selection. Arcade, pools, atmosphere all good.

Ha sido un viaje excelente, tranquilo, el personal del comedor súper amable, pendiente en todos los momentos con la gente, la jefa del comedor, Alex y todos los trabajadores del comedor merecen un 10💯💯. También el personal de la recepción, sobre todo Ariadna han sido muy amables. Limpieza también merece un excelente. Volveremos seguro!
