Nice hotel in a good location in Banff
Pros:

Ease of check in and location a short walk to downtown Banff. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hot tub area became luke warm during the middle of the week. Everything else was fine.

The casino! Staff was rude especially the poker room staff. The poker room staff are the most rudest people I have met in costumer service.

While our stay had potential, the cleanliness was a major issue. We checked into a room with an uncleaned toilet. Even more frustrating was the front desk's response; they informed us they couldn't send anyone to clean it nor provide the supplies for me to do it myself. Better protocols for housekeeping gaps are definitely needed.
