Underground hot tub. Location.

Cons:

Overprice. Parking is too low, can’t park in the parkade, regular size truck doesn’t fit in the underground parking. Rooms were small and old designed.

La habitación muy bonita, cama muy cómoda. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Está ubicado en la avd principal, a 12 min andando de la zona más céntrica de tiendas y restaurantes; además te regalan ticket gratis para el bus durante 3 días. Tiene parking cubierto gratuito para huéspedes. El personal estupendo, sobre todo un chico de recepción. Como veníamos de la excursión de los lagos nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde para que pudiéramos regresar y ducharnos, y salir tranquilos, fue un detalle muy bueno.

Genügend Platz für 4 mit separatem Wohnraum. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Parkplatz direkt in der Tiefgarage ‘for free’ oder bereits im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

We loved the staff! Very kind, helpful and friendly staff, including umbrellas for a rainy walk.
Pros:

Lots of room, great decor and our toom in the corner was very private. Also loved having Chili’s on property.

Dirty room and tired hotel
Pros:

This hotel is really well located in Banff with a short walk to many of the shops and restaurants. The quality of the hotel , rooms and furniture is poor and it had the look and feel of a tired and unloved facility. I complained about our room when we first arrived ( stains on the settee, mould in the bathroom, dirty carpet, chipped and damaged furniture, I could go and on. The staff did try to find us another hotel but everything was full due to the time of year . I don’t blame the hotel staff , there’s a bigger problem with how this hotel is managed.
