Beds were not comfy
Location, place was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and pillows, nice sheets.
The place is getting pretty tired, couch and chair were beat up and ripped. Hooks ripped off walls not replaced. Noicey, especually early morning, all the ski boots going down the stairs. I would suggest ear plugs which we had thankfully. Limited cable tv and no Smart tvs as they are old tvs
The hot tub cave.
Rooms very tiny.
Pool was great, good location, parking easy but filled up quickly
Our key card broke and wasn’t working, took it to reception to have it reset and was asked for no ID at all literally just a room number. Anyone could have given the room number for a card and would have been able to get in. Bin wasn’t emptied the whole stay and the towels weren’t replaced and the shampoo/conditioner was broken.
I liked the beds and the pillows, they were really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower gel and body lotion (from Rocky Mountain Soap co.) were amazing, I am so happy to use a local company.
My room didn't heat up fast, it was a corner room and it was a bit slow to get to the desired temp. Plus there was a sign on the heater saying it gets hot don't touch. I was traveling with children and it wasn't super convenient.
The room was a bit dusty. My husband's dust allergy flared after staying there.
Location was great and the cave Hot pool was very unique.
The room was loud. Not much sound proofing. The room was also out of the way, to access to the main lobby.
Hot tub is cool although it is very small so weekends, it can be super busy and uncomfortable. The chemicals/steam burnt my eyes.
Walls are very thin- could hear people walking by our room if they were talking outside. The train horn went off a couple times throughout the night and woke us.
Suites - I liked the separate sleep area below the "living" area. Liked the in-room coffee/tea options and having a table to play cards at in the evening. Couch was fairly comfortable and plenty of seating. The hot pool was excellent, both morning and night. Service was great at check-in and also with housekeeping - she checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed, as we kept the do-no-disturb sign out most of the time. The restaurant attached was great to have and we ate there twice on our weekend - service was great! Our truck was too tall for the underground, but on street parking was an option and was conveniently located right in front of our "cabin" entrances.
The beds were not overly comfy and the pillows were terrible. My thoughts are if you have multiple pillows on a bed, they should offer different firmness to accommodate different preference. The pillows were all very thick, and even the ones that flattened a bit, were hard and not comfy. Perhaps the beds would seem more comfortable, if the pillows were not such a problem. The sound proofing with the kitchen door was basically non-existent. Luckily our neighbors were not party animals or this would have been a problem (another bonus though to having the beds downstairs)!
