Hotel Marina Palace

Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. I had breakfast once during my five-night stay and decided not to have it again. The coffee from the machine was quite bitter, and the croissant was burnt, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the meal.
The room itself was basic but clean. Unfortunately, the TV was not working during my stay. When I mentioned this at reception, I was told that it was working, but no assistance or solution was offered.
I don’t wish to go into further detail, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improvements to the service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The service was very bad, the guy in the reception was disrespectful, the staff were very rude and unfriendly, the guardsmen were very disrespectful I don’t recommend this hotel the money doesn’t worth it

Very bad place room is stinky and service is bad please do not come here if there is less than one star then I would rate it a zero the food compared to other hotels is very bad and they serve the same food all the time. They don’t have wifi in the room also it’s very bad only in reception.

This is a four star hotel but it is unlikely to be .
Poor customer service, poor hygiene and nothing is working in the rooms starting from entrance door to bathroom ,there’s no fridges and no internet. Beds are in critical condition and matresses are very old maybe not changed over a decade. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and my advise is to avoid at any cost. I would rate this hotel 0/5 if I can.

Service 0 et la nourriture n est pas bonne

Hôtel excentrer de la ville, pas d’activité autour, nous avons mal été reçu, nous avons quitté la chambre au bout d’une nuit alors que nous avions réservé deux nuits.
Personnel, incompétent, ignoble et exécrable. Ne jamais réserver dans cet hôtel pour le bien de vos vacances.

La moquette de la chambre était sale.
Le buffet laisse a désirer. Les restes sont servis au repas suivant, les jus sont chimiques (poudre ouverte dans de l'eau) et la nourriture n'était pas très bonne.
J'ai demandé un fer à repasser le 1er jour qui n'est jamais arrivé.
Je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel a obtenu ses 4 étoiles.

The most terrifying & terrible hospitality, arrived with my husband after a long flight but the receptionists both were very rude and unprofessional, they deliberately downgraded our room , we booked double bed , we were offered single then they gave us silly excuses, that’s what we have and you can go complain to the ministry of tourism. I’d cancel if I didn’t pay online. They never smile to customers or even treat them with kindness , no wifi , no AC in the room… I’ll NEVER come back again.

Had a very bad experience with both receptionists upon our arrival at hotel.

They don’t know how to talk with guests and were very unwelcoming. Our reservation was fully paid for the selected room category and they deliberately tried to downgrade our room with silly excuses.

After challenges eventually they gave us the room we supposed to get.

The hotel should provide some trainings to its staff on how to deal with guests.

i run away from this bad place, this is the worst hotel experience you can habe , very bad services , bad rooms, very rude people especiallty the guy on the reception, medium food not delicious, only the location near marina, not worth its money

The property is below average , poor amenities , rooms are not clean and you can smell smoke , even it is no smoke , there is not a lot of choices for food

L’hôtel très bien, très propre et le personnel très sympa

Hotel de moyenne gamme, ne merite pas 4 étoiles, a peine deux. Hotel moyen, peux convenir pour y passer une iu deux nuits. Au delà, vous gacherez vôtre séjours. Le plus de cet Hotel et son emplacement, proche de la marina et de bin restaurants. Le moins, pas d'accès direct à la plage, elle se trouve a environ 400 metres.

Bien dans l’ensemble malgré un manque d’entretien général.

Never seen an awfull hotel like this in my life.. dirty rooms insects bad smell of carpets always making noise TV is not working ... same food everyday .. the receptionist is always mad even the security guy Infront of the front door is always mad .. this is scam am not going to mention the pool very dirty and they don't have where to sit on the beach they tried to scam me .. please keep your money and don't go to this horrible place I do have videos and pictures . Save your money and go somewhere else . Be aware of what you saw here it's totally different .

In June 11th, there’s no AC, no wifi in the room. Staff are tough

C'est un tres bon hôtel sur tous les aspects surtout a ce prix là je recommande cet hôtel

L’accueil à la réception a été très long il n’y a pas de pot d’accueil pas de Climatisation,
ça n’a pas été une séjour agréable
Hôtel bruyant !

bad place to stay noisy unsafe no respect we pay only for a pool everything was bad be careful guys

L'infrastructure gagnerait à rénover les matériaux de revêtements intérieurs et le mobilier en passant aux anti=acariens.
