Rien. Malheureusement, je n’ai trouvé aucun aspect positif à cet établissement.

Cons:

L’accueil n’est pas professionnel et le personnel semble très négligent. La restauration est très décevante : les repas sont répétitifs, il n’y a pratiquement aucun choix, et la présentation ainsi que le service ne sont pas à la hauteur. Le plus inadmissible reste la chambre : la climatisation fuyait toute la nuit et de l’eau coulait. Nous avons attendu le lendemain pour signaler le problème, mais malgré le faible nombre de clients dans l’établissement et la présence de plusieurs membres du personnel, le problème n’a été réglé qu’après plusieurs heures. Même le sache toilette dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Une expérience vraiment très décevante.

Même si nous avons passé un bon séjour, la qualité de l'hôtel est médiocre

Le personnel à l'accueil, l'emplacement et la piscine de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le matelas n'était pas confortable, la chasse d'eau fonctionnait mal (pas assez de puissance), la moquette sale, impossible de se connecter au Wi-Fi. Au bar, la majorité des boissons non disponibles, le dîner pas terrible (mal de ventre durant tout le séjour)

Buona posizione,hotel un po' datato ma affascinante. Il giardino con piscina è bello. È stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Les suites sont très spacieux, propres et bien climatisés.

Cons:

L'absence d'un mini bar que j'ai eu à ma demande. La restaurationi manque de variété et le personnel au restaurant était le point le plus négatif dans votre hôtel: pas de service à table, on demande des couverts il passe les déposer sans rien faire d'autre, j'ai eu l'impression qu'on le dérangeait grave le pauvre...
