L’amabilité du personnel

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré trop de problèmes : difficultés d’ouverture des portes, une seule carte par chambre alors que nous sommes 5 personnes réparties dans 2 chambres, manque de serviettes et aucun tapis de bain. Le coffre-fort est payant, ce qui est décevant. Le personnel est à l’écoute mais manque de moyens pour répondre aux demandes. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très peu varié.
