Lovely hotel and very helpful staff, loved the complimentary drink on arrival and the happy hour'
Pros:

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The food in the Grana restaurant was excellent, and plenty of choice at breakfast. The rooms were a good size and had everything needed for a good stay. Cleanliness all round was very good. Location was ideal for places to eat out and for transport.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel and it's location.

Great staying

Soba koja nema nijedan normalan prozor, bili smo smješteni na sredini hotela, sa malim mutnim prozorom koji gleda u rupu na sredini hotela, jako malo prirodne svjetlosti.

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés. Minden nagyon könnyen elérhető. Szép a hotel, igényes és tiszta. Kedves segítőkész mosolygós személyzet. Nagyon pozitív, hogy minden emeleten ingyenes ivóvíz áll rendelkezésre + jégkocka készítő automata. Welcome drinkkel és helyi különlegeségekkel várnak. A 9.emeleleten az étteremből a kilátás lélegzetelállító. Szívből ajánlom.

Cons:

Kevés a konnektor, az éjjeli szekrény mellett csak usb csatlakozó van, fürdőszobában sincs se konnektor se hajszárító. Néha picit csatorna szag volt, de ennél több negatív dolog nem jut eszembe, és nem is vett el az élmenyből sem.

We’ve stayed for 2 nights, cockroaches all over the room. I’ve mentioned that to the receptionist and he sent over the cleaner to spray the room. The smell from the spay was so bad we had to sleep with the balcony door open. We showed them video with the cockroaches running around and the answer we’ve got was they must’ve came from different room where they’ve sprayed already. Avoid this place. I will attach pictures if they will let me. This was on 5th floor.
