Pros:

Smoke smell on the family room, they mentioned that they will change our room the day after we came, the sent some clean lady to spray something the reduce the smell, they returned to us only after 3 nights when it was not relevant,
During morning swimming again some service guy stopped me and asked me to leave as the pool is not open, of course no such sign told that,
The view from the room was amazing to the beach, the breakfast was good as well.

Zeer groot hotel met prachtig zwembad. Ideaal voor kinderen. Soms wat een nadeel, want zeer veel lawaai en gegil van kinderen. Heel proper en net, eten is lekker.
Ontbijtzaal erg ongezellig, en veel lawaai. Eten in promenada erg lekker.
Wij hadden een welness suite, erg ruim zn mooi, prachtige badkamer, zicht vanop terras minder mooi, want geblokkeerd door gebouw dat ervoor lag.
Prijzen zijn behoorlijk duur, bij elk drankje of eten betaal je nog 10% service kosten.
Al bij al zeer goed hotel, maar voor ons te prijzig voor wat het is (4 nachten welness suite met ontbijt, eten en drinken middag en avond en tussendoor zan zwembad: 5000€ voor 4 personen)

Extremely family friendly hotel, tons of kids who just didn't seem to tire out despite the kids world, pool and beach. Entertainment all day long, from yoga to pool aerobics to bands.
Staff was out power washing pool deck nightly, and scrubbing outdoor restaurant floor every morning.
Best breakfast buffet in Europe. Didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings as options abound down the boardwark which runs right in front of hotel.
Take the short walk to the point for sunset, its spectacular!

Great Family-Friendly Hotel with Excellent Locatio
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights as a family with one child and had a great experience. The hotel has a private beach, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful — especially Stafan, who welcomed us warmly at check-in.

There was a kids’ club available, but our son preferred spending time in the pool, so we didn’t get to try it. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Food and drinks could be ordered via QR code by the pool or beach, and the service was fast and efficient. The location was also perfect — just a 6–7 minute taxi ride to Budva city center.

Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Didn’t get an excellent rating due to the fact that this was suppose to be a 5 Star Resort. Didn’t even offer complimentary coffee in the room. Charged 2 Euros each. Didn’t appreciate the nickel and dime mentality.
Overall pleased with our stays.

Pros:

Upon arrival, I was given a room of lower quality than what I had booked and paid for. Only after insisting was I moved to a premium room as originally reserved.

Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent drainage problem in the shower. Although a technician was sent, the issue was not resolved, and I had to spend four nights with a flooded shower. Multiple complaints to the front desk were ignored.

I expect a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Property is in great condition, like new, they maintain it very well. Hotel falls in VIP category of hotels.com and all promised perks provided (early check in, bottle of wine)

Overall I felt this was a really enjoyable hotel stay and the staff were very friendly and supportive. As we visited in the low season the outdoor pools and evening activities were not available but considering our big discount that seems a fair exchange.
