Un bon emplacement pour ce reposer, les pied dans l'eau
Pros:

Emplacement calme, bon accueil, petit déjeuner riche et varié, plats variés peuvent répondre aux exigences de différentes personnes.
Les facilités dans certaines chambres nécessitent une attention.

Cons:

Certains personne dans le restaurant ne traitent pas les visiteurs équitablement.
Malheureusement, Un cuisinier a même oser de demander à son collègue de servire de la nourriture (des crevette 🦐) avant qu'elle ne soit bien grillé ...... pour éviter de voir la queue.

Getting better in every thing.

I visited this hotel many times where I was upset s bit this time it is completely different: warm reception, quick services, helpful staff.

le restaurant est propre , buffet méditerranéen classique , la chambre est propre , animation : belle musique , les piscines sont propres , la plage est propre , la sécurité est présente partout , les services aux : Réception , bar et restaurant sont à jour .....la belle sourire et le professionnalisme de Mr GRISSA Atef chef de Réception , j'ai beaucoup aimé .

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel very professional staf at reception and raestaurant and food very good Don’t forget about bar is lovely,4 swimming pool and very nice spa and the best think in hotel it’s the entertainment team with ice program in the day ( yoga Darts ping pong Books. )different show every night .

That was very nice holliday, very nice welcome fiesta moment with all staf of hôtel and thé food was goût with professionnels staff in restaurant goût pizza as well ,thé drink is very nice and thé end thé entertainment was very good in the Day (d'arts, ping pong , bools) with différentes show evry night.

Pleasant stay with my siblings. We enjoyed the food, the pool and the sea. Friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are friendly, the buffet is diversified and the hotel vibe is family and friends friendly.
The customer relationship agent Yasmine was nice to us and invited us for lunch in our last day.She also escalated our claim to get a bathmat and the room service got us later some fruits and juice as welcome gift.

Cons:

The check-in was not as smooth as we expected ; at first we got the wrong room- with no sea view- and we had to claim the change. Then, we had no towels in the new room. We got the towels after 3 claims.
