The region is amazing however the hotel is bad il all aspects

Cons:

Outdated hotel , room feels like back in the 80s , no maintenance at all . The receptionist in the spa is very rude and careless also she has unable to explain spa treatments ( as if we are supposed to know what’s included in each package ) . The swimming pool is forbidden for male during certain hours .
No variety in The breakfast and dinner buffet and food was bad .
I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I couldn’t take it anymore . I ended up staying one night .

Pros:

Pas grand chose , ameublement a l'ancienne accueil pas très chaleureux service pas très bien sur tout la restauration payé presque 600€ et pensions complets mais faut acheter ça bouteilles d'eau et même le café ailleurs pour moins de 500 € pensions complets le service et excellent même royal j'ai pensé aider les hôtels et touristes de mon pays mais j'ai regretter l'expérience si vous acceptez les critiques vous devez changer de méthode d'accueil des clients

Amazing hotel surrounded by nature. The place is very calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing away from the city. The views are beautiful, the air is fresh, and everything is well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and nature.

Je déconseille fortement l’Hôtel Mouradi. Mon séjour a été une véritable accumulation de problèmes, au point de devenir stressant et inacceptable.
Tout d’abord, il m’a été impossible de régler mon séjour à cause d’un TPE défaillant. Malgré mes explications répétées indiquant que je ne dispose que de ma carte bancaire via Apple Pay et que je n’ai pas d’espèces sur moi, le personnel a insisté pour que je paie en liquide, sans proposer aucune alternative. Pire encore, le responsable est allé jusqu’à me menacer de m’empêcher de passer la douane si je ne payais pas immédiatement en espèces – une attitude scandaleuse et totalement hors de propos.
À cela s’ajoutent de nombreux dysfonctionnements dans la chambre :
chauffage défectueux,
wifi en panne,
fuite d’eau dans les toilettes.
J’ai tout filmé tant la situation était invraisemblable pour un établissement censé offrir un service hôtelier professionnel.
Malgré ces conditions inadmissibles, aucune solution correcte ne m’a été proposée, ni geste commercial, ni alternative de paiement sécurisée (PayPal, lien de paiement, Apple Pay, etc.).
Cet hôtel manque clairement de professionnalisme, de fiabilité et de respect envers ses clients. Une expérience à fuir absolument.
Je me permet d’ajouter que hier lorsque que je suis rentré de hammam bourguiba. J’ai voulu payer par carte bleu à l’hôtel El mouradi palace kantaoui. Le monsieur de l’accueil sur place. Il a contacter hammam bourguiba puis il lui on dis
« bel chmeta tokhlos alih ken bel flous » et le TPE était fonctionnel devant lui. Merci de m’envoyé un lien pour que je puisse payer. Même si vous supprimer tous les jours je vais venir vérifier et remettre mon avis.
