The hotel is absolutely not 4 stars hotel. Very bad cigarette smoke smell, no drinking water in the rooms, the AC is very weak. In breakfast the coffee spoons are in plastic….

Pros:

La climatisation dans les chambres est faible, le réfrigérateur ne contient même pas de bouteille d'eau, la réceptionniste n'est pas très aimable avec les clients, mais à part ça, la nourriture et le personnel du restaurant sont bons.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de climatisation, pas d'équipements dans les chambres et pas de serviettes à la piscine.

Excellent accueil. Réception aux petits soins, mention à Hamdi de l'accueil. Confort et équipements adaptés pour un séjour de relaxation avec bain maure, piscine, eaux thermales....

Cons:

Il manquait des petites bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres, une bouilloire et du thé et café.

A part le menu inchangé du diner ..le sejour fut agreable

En propretéé : il faut songer a changer la moquette dans les chambre ...Elle commence a etre vetuste
Repas :Cest la basse saison...il y a quelques familles...au diner il n y a pas de buffet .le diner est servi a la carte ...mais cest le meme menu durant 4 jours..!!!
