Pros:

-The swimming pool was one of the highlights—it was very large, clean, and well maintained, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling overcrowded.

-The beach was another excellent feature. It was clean, beautiful, and easily accessible, making it a perfect place to spend time during the day.

-My sea-view room was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was one of the best parts of the experience.

-I also appreciated the food options available throughout the hotel. There was a good variety of dishes

Cons:

-The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the reception staff and the security personnel. They were generally not welcoming, rarely smiled, and did not seem interested in assisting guests. A warmer and more helpful approach would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
-The towel system was also unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Guests are required to pay a relatively expensive deposit at the reception to receive a towel card. The card must then be exchanged for towels at the indoor swimming pool, which is located far on the other end the hotel. After collecting the towels, guests have to walk back across the hotel and cross the road to reach the beach. To receive the deposit back, the towel cards must be returned before 5:00 PM because only one employee handles the process and he finishes duty at 5PM. During the summer, 5:00 PM is far too early, and this entire procedure resulted in unnecessary walking, wasted time, and frustration. A much simpler and more guest-friendly system would greatly improve the experience.
-I also experienced repeated problems with the room safe. The safe had to be completely replaced twice during my stay and the technician does not respond promptly. This caused additional delays and interrupted what should have been a relaxing vacation.

Incredible location by the beach and the Hammameth centre
Pros:

The receptions staff were amazing from a lady called Saoussew to Alladine but all rhe rest been perfect including concierge and doorman. The waiting staff as well treat me and my family in a lovely way. The buffet was super busy but plenty of food. Animation staff such as Mohammed and Abdul were incredible with a variety of activities and night shows.

Cons:

The lack of WiFi on the rooms, the beach could have use some extra facilities such as toilet and proper shower and new sunbed.

Pros:

Probably the worst hotel I have ever seen. The food was terrible, the property was old. Staff and booking were both unhelpful in trying to get us to get refunded for at least a room as it was so bad we didn't want to stay there.
Never again.

Je ne sais pas satisfaite pas de clime a l accueil table sale manque de personnel de par tout pas de savon pas de serviette ô sais pas c est du champoig ou du gel douche dans le restaurant tu trouve pas une table pour manger et si tu trouves pas de couvercle Service tout compris c est juste de la eau a disposition les boissons gazeuse c est sur demande et il faut attendre au moins 20mî pour avoir un verre je ne suis pas contente au niveau du prix de la réservation
