Pros:

Le réceptionniste etait accueillant et sympathique le reste catastrophique

Cons:

La non chalance des serveurs et surtout le fameux simo responsable d'animation très décevant non accueillant.

Pros:

L acceuil était bien , service et nourriture tres bien

Cons:

Je n etait pas prévenu que ma plupart des services étaient fermer
Pas de piscine , salle de sport fermée et aucune activitées en journée

Courageux les employés pour remettre en place et propre les lieux

Au niveau restauration je n’ai rien à dire .

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré se serai la clientèle. Trop irrespectueux, il ne respectait rien . Laisser leur enfant avec couche plein de merde dans la piscine , au repas se jeter comme des mort de faim et laisser des table digne d’une décharge publique.

Havlu için bile 2 gün bekledik memnun kalmadık

Tesisteki bar bölümündeki çalışanlar ve oda temizleyenleri ve yemekhane bölümü güler yüzlüydü , iyiydi.

Resepsiyon çalışanları , güvenlik görevlileri kesinlikle kötü kendimizi askeri kamptaymış gibi hissettik.
Balayı çifti olduğumuzu önceden belirttik size özel oda hazırlanıcak dedi otele girdiğimizde parasını önceden ödememize rağmen kapıda 1 saat sokak ağzı ile bekleyen gece resepsiyon çalışanı ödemeyi yapmadığımızı içeriye almayacağını söyledi parasını ödediğimizi belirtmemize rağmen konuşma üslubu çok kötüydü. Odalarda havlu yok havlu olmadığını söylediğimizde suit odada dahi olmadığını söyledi yani Tunusu sevdik ama birdaha El Mouradi ve El Menzah otelinin önünden dahi geçmeyeceğiz.
Nekadar iyi otel yaparsanız yapın içerideki çalışanlar insanlara güler yüz göstermediği sürece yaptığınız yatırımın hiç bir anlamı yoktur. Bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu.
