Well located and central to what we needed
Pros:

It is in such a great location, central to everything including shops, lots of different restaurants and in the centre of town.
Clean and tidy

Cons:

Car parking is limited, needs to be booked ahead and costs. Feel like this wasn’t well outlined on the page.

Never again
Cons:

We got “upgraded” to a room that had a Connecting door to another room. There was zero sound insulation and the neighbours kept us awake all night. We complained and they comped our parking $30. Terrible response given the room was so much worse than the one we had booked and paid for.
