A great hotel...
Pros:

In the heart of the city. The hotel has a good smell upon enetering and in the room.

Cons:

No water bottle and not spacious, just enough for a night rest.

Lovely weekend in Chch with plenty happening and lovely atmosphere .
Pros:

Great Location, lovely staff, yummy dinner Friday night at Perches , very reasonable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Cons:

I suggest some coat hook racks that you can hang jackets and coats on when you come in from outside as tiny wardrobe is not really sufficient .

Pretty disappointed with the rooms and the infrastructure.
Pros:

Central location and friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

The rooms are exceptionally small and there’s hardly any space to move around. The parking in the hotel is difficult to book and expensive. The staff were very helpful in finding an alternate parking space. There is a drop off zone just outside the property where there were at least 7-8 cars that had been parked for a few hours (it’s a drop off zone!!!). There was no way for us to unload the bags. Had to go to the alternate parking before dragging our things to the room.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, and friendly throughout our visit. Breakfast great value!
Pros:

Location was amazing and the room was perfect, comfortable beds

Cons:

The view was a bit average, but we were out most of the time :)

Little bit noisy sound of ventilation (?) all day long.
I hope I can find more restaurants to try venison and lamb dishes.

Fabulous, central location with easy access to great restaurants, bar and city essentials.
Pros:

The location was great. It was good value for money and had the expected set up that worked well for a combined work trip and some additional leisure time in Christchurch.

Cons:

No complaints!
