Kavos Bay Seafront Hotel

It was a beautiful property. It was a very picturesque view. The owners were helpful in letting us know about the island. The drive to the property does require either a car or taxi.

The ladies who own the hotel are incredible!! Super friendly and charismatic! I would go again just because of them, oh and their breakfast! I didn’t eat with them but I am sure it would be awesome.

I loved the serenity and views. The hostess Irini was very kind and hospitable, she made a delicious beef and vegetable dinner. She even drove me to see the Temple of Aphaia.
I did not get to swim but it was too hot anyway.

I misjudged the location on the map and didn’t realize that it was gonna be up and downhill to get to Agia Marina from the hotel. The terrain can be tough on a car. The staff were fantastic though and they had also said that they would be able to shuttle you into the Agia Marina strip or come pick you up as long as it was before 11PM which would save you an almost €20 Taxi drive by the cabbers claiming they “came from the Aegina Town” to drve you 1KM away!

Beautiful location with a fantastic view.It is a bit remote. I walked to Agia Marina and back on 2 occasions and the trip took me about 20 minutes. It is less than 2 kilometers. There's a path that leads from the hotel to a nice uncrowded cove that takes about 5 minutes to reach. Beautiful crystal clear water. It is rocky ground so I'd recommend beach shoes .
The hotel is a little aged but clean and the hosts are very gracious and helpful. Nikos the owner a great guy,offers transportation to and from the port until 11 pm daily.There's daily room service and breakfast. It is not the Hilton but if you're looking for a decent and inexpensive place to stay I would definitely recommend it.

Breathtaking view!! Amazing staff!! A hidden diamond in this island and the best part is waking up to friendly faces.

I loved staying here, extended for two more nights. The energy is excellent. It’s a family run hotel and the hosts are so kind and easygoing. Room was super clean and great AC. You can’t beat the views either. Short walk to two beaches, tons of parking. Great homemade breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend!!

La struttura è un po’ fuori zona con una strada non tanto buona per raggiungerla (eravamo in scooter). Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro tranquillamente in 25 min circa passando per un breve tratto (10-15 min.) nel bosco, però quando diventa buio non c’è illuminazione, fortunatamente al giorno d’oggi tutti hanno un cellulare con illuminazione.
Personale gentile.
Pulizia stanza sicuramente da migliorare.

A true 3 star old hotel but the views were amazing. Lovely swimming area only a short walk from the property. Hotel does need an update though. Moldy smell and air conditioning not really working well.

Scrivere questa recensione non è facile, ci sono punti molto positivi ed altri molto negativi. La struttura è gestita da persone molto simpatiche,si trova sul mare con una vista spettacolare ,ci si può fare il bagno in 2 punti, uno molto vicino ma complicato da nuotarci a causa di grosse rocce,un'altra un po più lontana ma semplice da bagnarsi. I lati negativi, colazione super scarna e solo biscotti alla cannella cone dolce,struttura non semplice da arrivarci, con strada sterrata e molte deviazioni,pulizia della stanza inesistente, in 3 notti e 4 giorni nessun cambio di asciugamani e nemmeno lo svuotamento del cestino ricolmo .

Amazing view of the Sea and bay and port on Aegina

This is the most remote hostel, not hotel. Not appropriate for a holiday. No AC working, no TV, no lampshades on bulbs. No easy access to beach or town although wad offered a lift when needed. So not appropriate we left without staying although we did pay for 3 nights.

a 5 star view at 2 start prices also the service was 5 star very kind people work here they picked me up from the beach the main town gave free breakfast i felt like i was in luxury so anyone who wants to feel they are in luxury but not spend a huge amout of money on a hotel this is ur place

I always love coming back to Kavos Bay. This was and continues to be my happy place. Love the family , the staff. The location is the prettiest place on earth.

It was an ideal break from Athens - so close, but felt a world away. Excellent spot for swimming too.

The stay was incredible, the views were stunning, the service from Hanna was 5 star, this was a hidden little gem. It tiook about 15 min to walk to the village but it made it feel so much like we were in a Greek Island the way it was intended!

The hotel is 2 km from Agia Marina , 26 minutes walk! through pine forest , and small paths. Staff will give you a lift if you ask.
The hotel rooms are clean, our beds where comfortable. Breakfast was fine in rustic way .
You can rent a scooter or quad or car in the resort.

What makes this hotel is its view its location and its peacefulness.

Surrounded by a pine forest a little path leads to a cove of turquoise water where you can bath and sun bath.
