Location & breakfast a plus
Pros:

Great location, very near to the metro and tram stations. Very nice breakfast, with classic & local choices. Friendly staff! Beds were comfortable, while the room was very spacious!

Great friendly well-run hotel in a great location
Pros:

Lovely staff, comfortable bed with good quality linen, stunning breakfast with great coffee. Easy to control heating. Quiet. Very convenient location... on lots of good tram routes including our favourite, the 22, and the metro.

Cons:

Shower not great, but better than I expected after reading some of the comments here!

Real fruit juice at breakfast would have been nice, but otherwise the breakfast was really excellent.

Clean, Friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel stored my bag as i arrived a long time before check in time. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel has a lovely, traditional, comfortable feeling. It is spotlessly clean.
The room had everything needed for a relaxing city break stay. Comfortable bed, small but good bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Kettle with a selection of teas and coffee. The room was very quiet.(room 104)
Great location - 10 minutes walk from the main train station and the Airport Express bus stop. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as shops and a large Tesco express supermarket.
Breakfast was an extensive buffet of fresh products (hot and cold dishes) - cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, salads, croissants etc. etc. It really was excellent!
The main shopping area of central Prague is an easy 10-15 minute walk away (through Wenceslas Square). There you'll find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
I had a great, comfortable and friendly stay at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Personale accogliente e disponibile. Temperatura giusta per il periodo invernale. Struttura pulita. Disponibile il deposito bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out.

Cons:

Il check in. Sarebbe meglio anticipare l'orario al mattino anziché al pomeriggio.

Velká spokojenost a ráda se do tohoto hotelu vracím.

Poloho hotelu. Super personál. Snídaně výběr 👍.klidný hotýlek

Cons:

Jediný malinký negativum jsou sprchové kouty . Velikost by ani tak nevadila ale ty závěsy jsou nepříjemný .
