Alright 7/10
Pros:

Staff were kind, especially since we arrived early at 8am and they prioritised getting our room ready. Decent location with access to two metro lines.

Cons:

Would like stronger enforcement of no smoking in the hotel as that was an issue. And noise in the corridor was and issue
Pool was cold but nice overall

Fantastic value, great upgrade probably would stay in a different area if I went back to Beijing
Pros:

Despite asking for a King size bed and an email assuring it was, the room was 2 singles. But it was an upgrade to the Executive floor so that was nice the room was fantastic. Breakfast was included but apparently not when I checked in, but then miraculously was added.

Cons:

The district is heavily financial and therefore not very restaurant, cafe, beer friendly. I know English is difficult for Chinese and they tried hard, it was scruffy and aged, the aircon was non existent in my room but at 25 years old I guess it’s due for a spruce up.

A nice spring week in Beijing with blooming trees
Pros:

Over all the hotel was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large choice of both western and Chinese food. We enjoyed the help of the in-the-hotel travel agent Coco Xu for planning of trips. The hotel was also well located in terms of subway.

Cons:

We had booked two rooms and asked for rooms close to each other, which the hotel had confirmed. When we arrived we got rooms at opposite ends of the hotel at two different floors. That was a little disappointing, even though not a large issue. One of the rooms had a relatively hard bed, which reduced the conform a bit.

Расположение, близко к центральной площади, к Торговым центрам и станции метро. Хорошее постельное бельё, матрас и подушки. Уборка в номере на хорошем уровне. Есть сауна и бассейн.Бизнес лаундж на 10 этаже.

Cons:

Общее состояние отеля: достаточно обшарпаны стены, ковровые покрытия, двери...
Грязновато в туалете рядом с рестораном и в раздевалках спа.
При неплохом количественном ассортименте блюд на завтраках, слабая сменяемость блюд. На третий завтрак надоедает одно и тоже.
