Pros:

La atención del personal y disposición son excelente, comida muy buena y el hotel cuenta con las comodidades necesarias.

El desayuno era bueno, acorde a lo esperado.

Cons:

La ubicación, cerca no hay donde comer un domingo y el hotel no tiene servicio de comida los domingos y por ende salir a buscar algo para comer es muy difícil.

llegué dos días después debido a que me reprogramaron el vuelo y aun así tuve que pagar igual , no tuve opción de nada, y me cobraron por estar un par de horas después del check out aun sabiendo que hubo dos días que pague y no utilice las habitaciones, aparte habia una construcción en frente y había mucho ruido ambiente sobre todo en horario AM

La ubicación al norte de Bogotá

Cons:

El parqueadero tenía humedad y goteo constante.
La atención del personal del restaurante, pésima.
La habitación inicial que nos dieron, estaba deteriorada y desagradable.

Great breakfast but not a quiet stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, they have a very large selection of food. They had the standard buffet style but also eggs to order. Lots of fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads as well.

Cons:

This location although convenient and reasonably safe is loud. Its on a major intersection with some construction in front of the hotel. The windows did not provide much soundproofing at all.
