Pros:

Hotel della zona sassi di Matera non raggiungibile a piedi, nella descrizione dell'hotel è indicato che vi è disponibile una navetta gratuita che parte da un parcheggio a pagamento, ma noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Con un costo aggiuntivo di 25€ a persona è possibile accedere su prenotazione alla spa per un percorso benessere di 90'. La spa è molto grande dotata di sauna, bio sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e angolo tisaneria. Stanza spaziosa con bagno altrettanto grande dotato sia di box doccia che vasca idromassaggio. Colazione sia salata che dolce varia.

Cons:

La stanza era dislocata in una zona adiacente all'hotel, scomoda specialmente per quando si fa la spa. Nella spa le saune sono piccole e le vasche seppur grandi hanno poche bocchette per usufruire dell'idromassaggio.

Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν αγενέστατο χωρίς να χαμογελάσουν ή να χαιρετήσουν ούτε μια φορά και χωρίς να είναι πρόθυμη να σου προτείνουν κάτι για την πόλη τους ή μόνη εξαίρεση ένας κύριος που ήταν ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος

Pros:

La camera con vista magnifica, unica in tutto. Pulizia e cura nei dettagli. Ottima la colazione la posizione nei Sassi. Belle le terme, non troppo affollate e ben attrezzate.

Hotel divino en una ciudad maravillosa
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble en el corazón del Sassi Barisano. Sales de tu habitación y estás rodeado de la maravilla que es Matera. El desayuno es espectacular también, con una gran variedad y calidad de productos. Las termas romanas son la guinda del pastel. Nosotros aprovechamos una tarde de lluvia para disfrutarlas y fué genial

Me hubiera gustado tener terracita en nuestra habitación como casi todas la tienen pero a nosotros nos tocó una que da a un pequeño callejón
