Séjour enchanteur dans un cadre superbe
Pros:

Superbe chambre ( suite junior) avec une vue magnifique sur Matera. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du thé de bonne qualité ( ce qui est rare! ). Pour 25 € de plus un moment de rêve dans un spa sous des voûtes anciennes, magique!

Cons:

Le wi-fi n'a pas fonctionné les 48 h de notre séjour.

Quedamos muy sorprendidos por el lugar, es hermoso!
Viajo constantemente y valoro mucho los lugares con historia.
Esta muy bien cuidado. Desayuno muy completo. Lugar limpio. Camas muy comodas. El personal es 10/10. Había una sra en recepción de melena que fue muy amable y simpatica con nosotros.

Außergewöhnlicher Urlaub
Pros:

Das 5-Zimmer in der Dependance war geräumig, die Betten waren für uns angenehm, da härter und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab nicht nur Süßes, sondern auch Brot und viele verschiedene Käsesorten. Die Therme war ebenfalls ein Erlebnis, die Wassertemperatur betrug ca. 28-30 °C. Es gab auch verschiedene Saunas und Massagen als Extra zum Dazubuchen. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Pickup Service von der Garage Damasco (25€ pro Nacht) an. Das Gepäck wird ins Zimmer getragen. Bei unserem Zimmer (77) gab es keine Trocknungsgeräte mit seltsamen Geräuschen.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer lässt sich nicht selbst regeln, da muss jemand von der Rezeption kommen. Bei der Sitzecke gibt es Sofas, aber es fehlt ein Tisch und im Zimmer gibt es für 5 Leute nur 1 Sessel. Da das Hotel in der Sassi liegt, muss einem bewusst sein, dass man viele Treppen steigen muss, um hinzugelangen.

Beliggenhed er fantastisk, vær forberedt på trapper, Rigtig fin detaljeret info forud for opholdet. personalet skønt og meget høfligt, værelset god størrelse og sengen komfortabel. Fint badeværelse

Cons:

Spa er fint, (25 Euro pr pers) men forvent ikke varmt vand i nogen af badene, den ene sauna var slet ikke varm og damp-baddet var heller ikke rigtigt varmt.
Morgenmaden var under langt under middel , tørt brød og hverken crossainter el lign brød var friskt.

Located in the sassi, so very authentic hotel; clean, lots of character, great breakfast, very cool pool and hot tub in spa (additional fee), wonderful accommodating staff

Location can be challenging if you have trouble walking....lots of stairs and inclines / declines. Would have liked a kettle in our room. Shuttles should be arranged prior to arriving as it's a good distance, with lots of stairs to carry luggage from parking lot. Parking should be arranged prior to arrival as well

Posizione ottima

Cons:

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Si paga una cifra più che doppia rispetto ad altre strutture limitrofe per avere una stanza carina ma normale e comunque dover pagare l’accesso alla Spa 25 euro a persona extra. Le persone che non soggiornano in struttura pagano la stessa cifra e c’è il rischio di non trovare disponibilità. Nonostante la specifica in prenotazione per avere una camera in struttura e poter scendere alla Spa in accappatoio la stanza era comunque esterna. Le vasche della spa sono spettacolari ma incredibilmente con acqua fredda. Rilassarsi in un idromassaggio presuppone acqua a circa 36/37 gradi . Ce ne sono circa 10 di meno e si esce infreddoliti. Colazione nella media senza punte di eccellenza.
