Weekend a Matera
Pros:

L' hotel è situato nel sasso barisano. La camera era accogliente, pulita, comoda e spaziosa. Vista meravigliosa. La colazione a buffet era abbondante, varia e con dei dolci buonissimi.

Cons:

L'esperienza della spa non ha pienamente rispecchiato le aspettative. Gli ambienti, seppur curati, risultavano poco confortevoli a causa della temperatura piuttosto fredda nei passaggi tra le diverse aree, aspetto che ha inevitabilmente inciso sul relax.
Inoltre, l’accesso alle saune richiedeva attese non trascurabili, rendendo l’esperienza meno fluida di quanto ci si aspetterebbe in un contesto di questo tipo.
Un plauso va alle addette dell’accoglienza della spa, che si sono distinte per gentilezza e disponibilità.

Pros:

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di una notte per i miei genitori e i feedback sono stati molto positivi. Struttura pulita e attrezzata, le camere sono particolarissime e il servizio spa è l'ideale per chi vuole trovare del buono relax. Ottimo.
