Fantastic location in Matera with stunning views.
Pros:

Location was stunning and rooms good size. Breakfast was good and the adults really enjoyed the SPA. We really enjoyed the balcony over-looking Matera. Pick-up from car parks was very handy!

Cons:

It would have been great to have a coffee machine in the room. Also our children (15 and 16) who had a separate room were not allowed to use the SPA which we were not aware of before we booked. They were very disappointed!

Minunat, Matera ma incantat dar si toate conditiile hotelului.

Totul a fost la superlativ.

Cons:

Este in centrul Materei reg Sassi. Camera dar mai ales zona de dus, poti sa o transformi intr-o mini piscina.

Pros:

Logement typique au cœur des sassi. Un chauffeur est venu nous chercher à un parking gratuit (Carlo Levi) en ville, et nous a ramener. Service au top !

Struttura caratteristica e in una posizione davvero ottima, perfetta per visitare Matera e i Sassi comodamente a piedi. Colazione buona e abbastanza varia. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva, consigliata!

Lokalizacja i klimat pokoju

Cons:

Wifi nie działa, ani w pokoju ani w recepcji. Klimatyzacja głośna jak nieszczęście, nawiew głośny jak nieszczęście, zapach pleśni. Pracownicy mówią podobno w 4 językach, u nas Pan mówił tylko po włosku. Głośna klimatyzacja i nawiew były znanym problemem, pracownicy mówili, żeby po prostu nie korzystać.... tym sposobem mieliśmy 27 stopni i brak powietrza. Termy dodatkowo płatne 25eu/os - dwie sauny nie działały. No i to jest po prostu podgrzewany basen, choć przyznaję dość uroczy. Ogółem hotel bazuje na marketingu basenu i lokalizacji, stanowczo nie jest warty swojej ceny. W dużo mniejszych pieniądzach mieliśmy dużo lepsze noclegi. Ogółem nie polecam.

Die lage traumhaft! Die verschiedenen terassen unschlagbar

Wir haben es nicht herausgelesen, dass die Therme zusätzlich kostet! Außerdem haben wir offensichtlich einzimmer bekommen, das sie sich bis zum Schluss aufgehoben haben- ev. War auch die steinhöhle daran schuld, aber es hat maximalst „gemochtelt“! Der badezimmerboden war nass- auch nach besuch vom
Personal, das das angeblich repariert hat! In der früh um 08:00 hat das personal vor unserer türe lautstark gesprochen und geraucht! (Neben uns war ein abstellraum)! An der Rezeption waren sie bemüht und haben uns einen hotelwechsel kostenfrei angeboten- das war aber für 1 nacht mit 4jährigem kind nicht tragbar!

Vale la pena soggiornare per vista e colazione. Non prendete la depandance!

La conformazione della stanza nella pietra. Colazione ottima e alta qualità del cibo. Vista bellissima dalla struttura centrale.

Il Wi-Fi non funzionava e mancava collegamento diretto con la reception che era distante dalla stanza. Non rispondevano al telefono. C’era muffa verde sul soffitto. Il terrazzo non era come nelle foto, ci aspettavamo terrazzino panoramico nella stanza.
