Compatibilmente alla situazione passabile
Pros:

Considerato che in situ non ci sono molti altri hotels e questo è, a prima vista, meno peggio degli altri, si può consigliarlo agli amici ma solo perché non c'è davvero altro. Pulizia ESTREMAMENTE carente ed è riscaldata solamente la stanza. La hall, il ristorante e tutti gli spazi comuni, in inverno, sono praticamente ghiacciaie giganti. L'hotel è utilizzato dai tour di gruppo anche tunisini il che comporta altri ospiti molto rumorosi e poco rispettosi delle esigenze altrui al ristorante.

Il direttore dell'hotel, nonostante avessimo il voucher già saldato, asseriva di non essere in possesso della nostra prenotazione in quanto, a suo dire, il contratto con Expedia era scaduto da due anni e mai rinnovato. Alla fine abbiamo ricevuto il servizio per il quale avevamo già pagato ma se fossimo stati in alta stagione e magari tutte le stanze fossero state occupate cosa sarebbe successo?

La cena è servita a buffet (ma solo quando ci sono i gruppi??) ed è qualitativamente appena accettabile

Sadly poor on many counts
Pros:

Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic. Staff really tried, but too few to cope. Some organisational issues? Lots of other guests unhappy. I was embarrased at level of service - lack of dining space, all uncleared tables, basic breakfast.... List could go on but I feel too sorry for the hotel to continue.

Pros:

I've stayed in 14 hotels in Tunisia over the past 5 years. Standards are different than in Europe and North America.The Yadis Oasis Kebilli is very good by Tunisian standards.

The staff are professional and helpful. The public areas and rooms are reasonably clean. I did find ants in the bathroom, but not many. The beds are comfortable, there is hot water, breakfast is good, and dinner (for an additional 14 TDN) is excellent. Although the hotel is about a 20 min. walk from town, it is a pleasant walk and you can always take a taxi if you want. The room rates are surprisingly high, but, there aren't many choices in Kebilli. I'd recommend Yadis Oasis if your travels take you to Kebilli.
