Good city location but needs soundproofing
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring CBD and getting around to other parts of the city on food and bus. Certainly meet our needs for our two nights for a place to rest our heads.
Check in process was simple and staff pleasant. The room was a good size even with twin queen size beds making for a comfortable night sleep.

Cons:

Our room wasn't well sound proofed. Could hear room doors closing and conversations in the hallway clearly. Also conversation from surrounding rooms could be heard through the bathroom vent.

Bon hôtel un peu excentré
Pros:

Chambre confortable

Cons:

À cause d’un retard d’avion et une correspondance manquée nous sommes arrivés à la fin du petit dej. Il a fallu quémander un malheureux croissant alors que chambre et petit dej avaient été payés !

Within walking distance of the harbour.

3 star at best
Pros:

The room was a good price for one night in the city during Easter weekend and centrally located.

Cons:

Parking was unable to be booked even though we had to pay $30 on a first come first serve basis. It was full by 5pm which meant losing our park (even though we paid already) if we left to go out for dinner. Disappointed we couldn't reserve a park and staff offered no assistance.
Food in the hotel restaurant was horrendous we had to send our childs meal back because the fried chicken was still frozen inside. Then our other two meals were so bad we couldn't eat them. They also got our drinks order wrong. On checkout they did offer to refund our parking to try and make up for one of the bad meals.
Also had to go down to reception to get a towel and some cereal bowls as they have no staff to bring items to your room, even though they had not stocked our room accordingly.

Accommodation adequate but wouldn’t refer if for accessibility
Pros:

The staff (especially in the bar and restaurant) were extremely hospitable and helpful.

Cons:

I specifically booked an accessible room. While the bathroom facilities were adequate (even if the wheelchair couldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (lack of leg room) the room was so small we had to push beds to one side to even be able to get the wheelchair to turn around. Also the lift only just had enough room for the wheelchair to fit in. Also the buffet breakfast food was not hot and the food was like warm. I have come away from my break with my son feeling exhausted from the extra work involved
