Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, unexpectedly had to leave early. Being country people enjoyed view museum, rangitoto,railway , harbour. Walked back from city at night . Staff welcoming helpful friendly.
Room clean, smelt good. Bed very comfortable. Nice ambiance. Enjoyed the little balcony.

Bathroom door didn't close

Would stay if no other option available
Pros:

House keeping staff were friendly. Location was good, close to cafes, bars, supermarket, shops and Spark arena.

Cons:

Rooms are very tired for the price. Maintenance is needed, fridge freezing, curtain rails coming off the wall, bathroom tiles broken. Restaurant and bar failed to handle large number of guests, long wait times, and run out of alcohol although booking was made well in advance.

Adequate unlikely to stay again
Pros:

Reasonably accessible.

Cons:

It’s pretty tired. Bathroom smelt of the old rubber bath mat, I’m 5’7 but had to duck to get under the shower. Just dates and n Ed’s an overhaul

Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and that made my holiday. Happy hour at the bar was cheap too!

It's a bit dated but overall a good place to stay.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely and clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing.
Nice and central. Aircon was great too.

Cons:

The shower wasn't clean properly, scum and grime all over the faucets and walls.
Parking 30$ a night

Room got the job done
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff. Easy to reach town, buses, etc, also wow beautiful streets in this area. Facilities all worked. Quick & easy checking in and out

Cons:

Minifridge in room ran a little cold even at lower settings but may have been due to the weather at the time. Not a major detraction. Was good for drinks tbh

Pros:

Good size room and bathroom.
Nice and clean

Cons:

The staff we dealt with on check in were nice but not really what you expect. Usually check if staff are super friendly and helpful. Ours did the bare minimum.
The room was clean and roomy but needs some updating.
