Pros:

The customer service was good, and the staff were very helpful. They were happy to remake the porridge for my 9-month-old child after I accidentally gave them the wrong cooking time instructions.

Cons:

The overall appearance of the room was quite run down, although for the price I paid, it was acceptable.

However, the cleanliness of the room was below an acceptable standard.

The shower and toilet did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were hairs in the shower from previous guests, and there were marks on the toilet seat. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower screen.

The TV also appears to have a fault. The top half of the screen is noticeably darker, potentially due to failing backlight components.

Would recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

Convienent for the last night before home after a big holiday. Good to have reception staff round the clock. Room was large enough and the sheets crisp. Good value.

Great location, room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

We asked to leave our luggage for a couple hours after checking out and they said yes and to just place it on the trolley which was in the lobby. When we came back our stuff was still in the lobby accessible to anyone and everyone. We were able to collect our luggage without the receptionist noticing or acknowledging it, which raised some concerns about security.
