Location, comfortable beds and clean linen.
Very tired dated rooms, lack of sound proofing and not great heating/cooling.
Bed was comfortable, nice view, good location, pleasant staff, tasty breakfast
Shower not properly sealed (leaked water all onto the bathroom floor), static TV signal made it frustrating to watch.
Staff and facilities on-site were great

Stayed two nights, the room wasn't reset with dirty dishes left, no refills and dirty towels left behind.

Reception staff barely talked to us on arrival, did not get explained anything. Had a $25 credit to use, tried to get coffee at 9:20am but everything was already packed up. Rooms are quite small but comfortable enough.
Room was Cosy and had good shower and fridge tv wifi
The food at restraunt fish n chips salad was not nice to eat.
Great location, friendly staff
Room was very tired and in need of an update. It looked clean but old and in need of repair, bathroom panel was damaged and glued back together.

No carparks but was advised first in first basis
We love how close it is to Spark Arena so is our preferred spot for concerts. It’s always clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and approachable
Super minor, last time we stayed we had a large mirror in the room, and this time we didn’t have one. Which makes it tricky for two gals getting ready. However. Like I say, super minor and we managed just fine.
Close to everything especially if you have a concert at spark!! Everyone is so very kind
Everything was good just a roof over your head for the night really
Staff were very friendly, breakfast buffet was delicious, was nice and close to town.
The room needs a bit of TLC, it wasn’t as the pictures were presented online. Furniture was a little broken, with poor patchwork for holes in the walls and upon moving the bed, the floor wasn’t clean underneath.
Bathroom was small, no real ventilation and was not like the pictures I saw online when booking.
