It is centric
A plumber came to my room with not notice
The location is good for our needs.
It's time to replace the matresses in room 317. The are sagging badly.
The location
A couple things, firstly, the room itself was gross. The carpet was sticky, the room had a terrible smell to it, our pillows had black fuzz all over them so hard to say if they were properly washed, and overall I just felt gross, and all in the short hour we were there.
Secondly, we checked in, but unfortunately, about an hour later had an unexpected family emergency that required us to leave immediately. This was completely unforeseen and not something we could have planned for.
However the hotel would not give us a refund, even though we were only there for an hour and barely used the room, and this was something out of our control. I thought they could have a bit of understanding for our situation.
Not only that but I had been emailing the hotel, and they just stopped answering me. I've email multiple times in the last couple of days and they have stopped replying. Not a very good way to conduct business or respect people who planned to use your hotel.
The location is great but due to the nasty room and inconsiderate staff, we won't be returning.
As always, the front desk staff at this location are just the best. Welcoming, warm and a very quick check in. The room was a very good size and I love the walk in shower. Location immediately off the 400 makes it the perfect place to stop on your travels. Several dining and shopping choices within walking distance of the hotel. Wifi was strong and consistent. Lots of hot water.
Still the slowest elevator in Canada. Don’t get put in “206” ( I think that was the room number). Whatever it was, next to the stairs and the elevator. Very noisy, very loud!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The ice machine didn’t work 90% of the time. And my ac kept turning itself off and toilet pressure sometimes wouldn’t flush.
The location was perfect and people were great.
Checking in was fast and easy.
The bathtub was not clean.
The cost was good.
The ice machine wasn't working.
Our room was next to the elevator and stairs which in the mornings were high traffic and loud.
We had a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi jets would run for about 20 minutes and then not turn back on for the next half hour or more. One night the jets just went off on their own in an empty tub.
Our bed was not level and angled down at the head end.
We were very disappointed. We have stayed here maybe 3 times before but about 10-15 years ago and it was a nice hotel then. Not much up keep over the years which is too bad.
