Everything! Kids activities included. Late check in. Convenient to Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Staff were amazing!

Great place for family vacations in a great location!
Pros:

The place is great for families, secure, clean and with lots of options to spend the day. Basket, golf, tenis, 3 pools.
The location is great, close to Disney springs and Disney resorts.
And the personal at Blue tree is really helpful and nice.
