I am extremely disappointed with our experience at the Marina restaurant in Valamar Tamaris Resort. We had to wait in line for a very long time just to get our food. After finally receiving our meals, including burgers, our plates were taken away from us exactly at 6:00 PM, and we were told to leave the restaurant immediately. In an super unfriendly way!
This kind of treatment towards paying guests is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. If the restaurant closes at 6:00 PM, they should stop letting people in or stop serving food earlier instead of taking away meals that guests have already been served.
We are not coming back!
Die Poolanlagen wären dringend zu renovieren. Außenbeleuchtung ist kaputt, alte Zigarettenstummel und Scherben der Beleuchtung lagen die ganze Woche am Boden. Niemand sorgt für Sauberkeit. Das Essen könnte mehr variieren. Die Betten sind durchgelegen.
Das Zimmer im Casa Agava hat sehr muffig gerochen, sonst war alles gut

This is a camping with meals and a few drinks that are possible to take from a far location. Do not think as an all-inclusive resort. You need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. When you are at the beach, you are far away from the hotel, and the all-inclusive rate does not include any facilities at the beach. There is a very small sandy area. The pools are full and also full of kids. Actually, there are too many people staying at this hotel, and I understand that this crowd can only be serviced with minimum. Therefore, you should expect barely the minimum from this hotel. Coffe served to all inclusive guests and coffee available at the bars is different. They are serving low-quality coffee as an all-inclusive offer and selling coffee to you one more time if you want to have good coffee. Drinks that you can drink as an all-inclusive guest are also at the lowest possible quality. Instead of this hotel, stay on a BB hotel and pay for your extras. How this hotel got 8+ rating on booking.com, I really don't understand. Also, all hotel pictures are very polished. I can't say they are not real, but they are definitely the art of a Photoshop artist
Personal immer freundlich. Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die gepflegte Außenanlage und der sehr saubere Restaurantebereich war toll.
Das Essen war gut und ausreichend, leider nicht viele Highlights dabei. Hätte mir mehr Vielfalt und einheimische Kost gewünscht. Für Familien mit Kinder aber optimal.

Die Essensversorgung und -qualität war hervorragend.
Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend.
An einigen wenigen Ecken sind die Einrichtungen etwas ramponiert.
Es fand leider nur eine abendliche musikalische Live-Veranstaltung im Bereich der Lobby statt.
Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, aber an den Ständen gibt es Seeigel und man sollte Wasserschuhe tragen.
Hotelanlage selbst sehr gut und großzügig in der Natur eingebettet, mit ihrer Lage also fantastisch, viele Freizeitangebote, für weiträumige Spaziergänge geeignet, Restaurant gut geführt mit sehr fleißigem, netten, sofort erfüllende Wünschen, Personal. Speisenangebote in allen Kategorien vielseitig und Jedes hervorragend zubereitet.
Zimmer ja sauber, aber sehr spartanisch ohne Wohlfühlcharakter. Da sehr viele Gäste ihre eigenen Fahrräder mitbringen (es gibt eine größere Verleihstation) gibt es leider keinen geeigneten, geschützten und diebstahlsicheren Platz zum Abstellen!

Das Essensangebot war abwechslungsreich und völlig ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben sind dabei der leckere Fisch, die ausgezeichnete Pizza und auch da vegetarische Angebot. Auch Fleischtiger kamen auf ihre Kosten....
Die Strände sind sehr schön. Einzig die Meeresbewohner muss man im Auge behalten: Wasserschuhe sind nicht wegen der Steine sondern vielmehr aufgrund der zahlreichen Seeigel empfehlenswert. Das Wasser ist sauber und es gibt auch reichlich natürlichen Schatten am Strand, sodass die (kostenpflichtige) Schirmleihe nicht notwendig ist. Die Zimmer in unserem Häuschen waren funktional, der Balkon war ein echter Hit.
Das Angebot für Kinder ist toll und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerade das kostenlose Leihangebot von Rädern (mit Kindersitzen) inkl Laufrädern für Kindern war spitze.
Man merkt, dass die Anlage etwas in die Jahre kommt. In unserem Häuschen waren zB die Armaturen im Bad schwer zu bedienen. Für Erwachsene alles kein Problem, für unseren Kleinen leider eine Herausforderung, sodass er nicht so autonom sein konnte wie er und wir das schätzen. Für den Kleinen war das Wasser im Pool etwas zu frisch, die Strömungsanlage wurde leider nur im Stundentakt aktiviert, was er sehr bedauert hat...
Das Personal im Tamaris ist äußerst freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht.
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön.
Es gibt ein tolles Sportangebot, vor allem die Tennisplätze sind top gepflegt und man kann Tenniskurse buchen. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren hier her.
Die Preise für Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind extra zu bezahlen und unverhältnismäßig teuer.
