Toller Aufenthalt - mehr Information wäre wünschenswert
Pros:

Es war alles top - nur das wir leider das Handy unserer Tochter im Zimmer gelassen hatten und es nie wieder gefunden wurde. Zudem hatte ich einen Kühlschrankmagneten im Zimmer gelassen, welcher dort leider auch geblieben ist. Das Essen ist auf Valamar Krk um einiges besser, aber hier geht es eher um Massentourismus. Alles in allem war aber echt top.

Cons:

Ja eben dass nach dem Frettchen-Besuch im Zimmer dann leider auch unser Handy verschwunden ist und ich nicht darüber informiert wurde, noch Dinge im Zimmer vergessen zu haben. Beim Buffet wiederholt sich leider ständig alles immer wieder - das waren wir von Sunny Krk Valamar wohl zu verwöhnt worden. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns nie darüber aufgeklärt, was im All-In-Paket eigentlich wirklich "in" ist und was nicht - da kam man dann im Laufe des Aufenthaltes drauf, dabei ging es nicht nur uns sondern auch anderen Hotelgästen so. Ansonsten war das Restaurant Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Angebote vor Ort sind top - das Handtuchservice unglaublich cool - die Handtücher aber leider schon ziemlich zerschlissen. Nett war auch dass ein einheimischer Künstler seine Bilder ausstellen durfte. Gut gefallen hat uns das Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, auch die Angebote am Abend mit Musik und Tanz haben der Kleinen gut gefallen. Alles in allem super, weil man in der Nähe auch gleich Porec Vrsar etc. hat - auch der Papageienpark in der Nähe war echt super - aber besser mit Hose - Erdmoskitos!

The sea and nature is perfect!
Very pleasant stuff.
Our stay was in the middle of September, nevertheless the weather and the sea temperature were very pleasant.
Our villa was clean and nice. All the meals were also good with big choices.

Pros:

Hrana i usluga je fenomenalna. Odlični sadržaji.

Cons:

Sobe se čine veće nego što jesu. U iste ne može stati dječiji krevetić. Ali to je i naša greška, kvadratura je jasno prikazana.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I think it was good value for money.
Pros:

I really liked how pet-friendly the hotel is. Dogs are even allowed in the dining area, which was a big plus for us. The food was tasty and there was a good variety of options.

Cons:

The reception and common areas where guests are welcomed seemed to be recently renovated, but unfortunately the rooms felt quite old and outdated. The beach area could also use some improvement — the sunbeds were old and available only for an additional charge. The toilets near the pool had an unpleasant smell as well.

Pros:

Spiaggia di ciottoli fantastica. Camera non grandissima ma con vista stupefacente e comfort altissimo. Mangiare eccellente.

Cons:

Lo staff parlava poco italiano, pur essendo l Istria bilingue. Quindi le info non mi sono state chiare. La colazione era buonissima ma troppo "continentale". Comunque veramente tutto strepitoso
