Sehr schöner Strand

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr guter Strand fast direkt vor dem Hotelgarten! Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Ringhörigkeit. In unserem Zimmer gegen die Strasse gab es immer wieder Lärm von der Strasse oder von anderen Zimmertüren zu hören.

Nettes kleineres Hotel. An der Rezeption wird deutsch gesprochen.Das ganze Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.Wir kommen sicher mal wieder, kann man echt empfehlen.

La vue était superbe, le personnel extrêmement gentil et professionnel, la restaurant délicieuse avec un service impeccable, un endroit charmant très propre que je recommande à 100%.

We had a very nice stay at Stefania boutique hotel.
The hotel is perfect for couples looking for a quiet stay in great and cosy surroundings.
However, what we thought was the best, was the staff. This goes from reception, cleaning, bar and waitors.
It is a good idea to hire a car when staying at this hotel, because the surrounding area is certainly wort visiting. And having a car just makes more convenient.
We would gladly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because it says innthe advertisement that it is on the beach, there is AC and 2 hot tubs at the property.
Well, it is near the beach and you have to pay 25 dollars extra per day to have beach service. The AC doesn't work properly and there are 2 tubs, its just not hot (not even warm).
Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly.

It was a comfortable stay in a great location for beach going. The hotel rooms are slightly dated but provide a cultural ambiance of the area. Vendors on the beach are a bit annoying but the view on the beach is spectacular. The staff is very helpful and provide excellent service. The restaurant and bar staff are attentive and the food is delicious at Nino’s.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming – there was no sense of hospitality at all. The property itself looked nothing like the pictures online. It is old, outdated, and absolutely not worthy of being called a 4-star hotel. They advertise a “private beach,” but that is simply not true – the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, not connected to the hotel.

When we were shown to our room, we were shocked. It was not in the main building but in an isolated area near the desert-like surroundings. The room was tiny, very old, and felt completely unsafe – the glass door didn’t even lock properly. There was nothing comfortable or welcoming about it.

When we immediately went to the front desk to express our concerns and request a refund, the receptionist was again incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering help, she simply told us “this is what you get – take it or leave it.”

This hotel is falsely advertised, unsafe, and managed by staff who clearly don’t care about their guests. We left immediately and could not imagine spending a single night here. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else – this is not a true 4-star hotel and was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while traveling.

Close to beach, food was good, nice restaurant staff Enrico and Immacolata. Nice pool area also.

Shower in our room very small. We did not have a car. If you wanted to go to the town centre Ubers were crazy expensive

The hotel was perfect for our beach holiday. Very relaxing stay, our room had a wonderful sea view and it was great to have the use of the hotel swimming pool and gardens when we wanted. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, all very efficient and created a relaxed, family atmosphere. A few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but hotel food was very good too. Would definitely recommend.

The serving staff, in particular, a gentleman by the name of Enrico gave my wife and i a level of service that was outrageously good.

Hotellet lever inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna men duger för övernattning. Inget hotell man stannar under dagtid eller äter middag på.

Close to the sea!! very little transportation from pittulongu to olbia!!

Thank you Hotel Stefania, for a great start for my 30th birthday! I highly recommend to stay here, we were situated in the villa just across from the main hotel and we much preferred this as it was so peaceful. A quick walk through the garden for a delicious buffet breakfast every morning set the day up perfectly. Within a heartbeat you’re then stepping onto Pittulongu beach - beautiful blue waters and plenty of food and drink options too. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful first impression made by Mona at reception as she gave us a little tour and history of the hotel - she is fabulous! Antonella from reception on checkout was also fantastic and very charismatic. Ristorante Nino’s served tasty traditional Sardinian food, great service by the pool for aperitivo by the enthusiastic waiters, too. We will definitely be returning, Grazie!

Leaving the Stephania tomorrow morning after a lovely holiday, yet again. This is our 3rd visit here and the hotel only gets better.

This is a lovely hotel with character. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The view of the coast was amazing from the sea and the ferry and cruise ships in distance. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit. The main difference was at the evening. Nowhere ro eat. My big birthday while there and had hoped to go to the hotel restaurant but not much information apart from the menu and little encouragement from the staff when explaining the cost. We had a good 10 days and want to thank the bar man for friendly polite support by the pool.

Small and quaint. Friendly service, beautiful beach. A few good restaurants in walking distance. A car is a must in Sardinia.

Nous avons passé une semaine de repos dans cet hôtel. Petits dejeuners parfaits , personnel agréable et souriant, hotel calme,parfaitement bien placé pour toutes directions(avions loué une voiture) et au bord d'une tres belle plage de sable blanc.
