We were erroneously charged twice for dinner in the restaurant and had additional charges to our room during a time that we weren't even in the hotel. Although the situation was clarified in the end, it was a bitter end to otherwise pleasant stay so be vigilant and double check what you pay at checkout.

The hotel was located near the sea, which was a plus, but it consisted of two sections. One section comprised the more modern, renovated rooms. The other section—more like a villa—was situated outside the main hotel grounds and was unrenovated: there were old light switches and sockets, no windows, and no digital door lock; instead, we had to use a very large, heavy bunch of traditional keys!
The beach towel was free the first time you used it; a fresh one cost €3.
The staff didn't speak English; the only person who understood and spoke English was the receptionist.
Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my stay in Olbia. There were no noteworthy facilities or activities in the town or on the beach; at night, there wasn't even lighting for walks on the beach, and there were no boats, kayaks, ferries, or other recreational options. Aside from the beautiful sea, there was nothing to see.
You absolutely need a rental car to get to other beaches, experience more variety, or eat at good restaurants. A stay in Olbia without a car is quite boring!

We came to this hotel from Warsaw for our holiday, and honestly, after traveling to so many countries and staying in countless hotels around the world, we can say that we have never experienced anything quite like this before.
One word: AMAZING.
From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt less like guests and more like people they had known for years. The warm Mediterranean atmosphere, the genuine kindness of the people, and the wonderful energy of the hotel came together to create a truly unforgettable experience.
We would especially like to thank the wonderful pink-haired lady at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and solution-oriented. When we wanted to rent a car, she not only helped us find a reliable company where we could rent a car without paying a deposit, but she actually arranged for the company to bring the car directly to the hotel for us. This level of care and hospitality is something you simply don’t come across at every hotel.
We are truly, truly grateful to her for all her help, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
And then there is Mr. Enrico, who became one of the absolute highlights of our stay.
Mr. Enrico welcomed us with such warmth and took such great care of us that he quickly became one of the most memorable parts of our holiday. His friendliness, genuine smile, attention, and the way he treats people are truly something special. If you have problem with anything he is the man who solves it quickly. We can honestly say that he might just be one of the best people in Sardinia.
Sometimes, what makes a hotel truly special isn’t just the rooms, the views, or the food. It is the people who work there and the way they make you feel. And that is exactly what we experienced here.
A wonderful hotel, wonderful people, and an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Kleines, herzliches Boutique Hotel in Nähe des Strandes. Freundliches Personal und gute Küche. Parkplatz verfügbar. Trotz eines Zimmerwechsel hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
