amazing location but room quality needs to be improved.
Pros:

Location is amazing, staff is amazing and the access to a private beach section is also amazing.

Cons:

Room is very outdated and not clean. Mold in bathroom shower tiles. Daily room cleaning is extremely surface level. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and made us feel unwell.

The definition of "it'll do"
Pros:

Location, staff, air conditioning

Cons:

Everything was a little outdated. The bathroom shower was in a tub, so there was no real shower. And the bathroom was generally crowded and not practical.

Pros:

Ottima organizzazione, spiaggia ben curata, colazione ottima con una vasta scelta ed ogni prodotto era preparato sul posto. Ottimo anche il ristorante, staff cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

L'entrata in spiaggia si paga a parte anche se si e' clienti dell'Hotel.

Pros:

Molto vicino della spiaggia, buona colazione, letto confortevole e personale eccezionale!!
Ristorante buonissimo.

Cons:

Dopo il check out, si può restare ed utilizzare la piscina e l’hotel, però la doccia che si può fare prima di partire è fuori, all’aperto… C’è spazio per avere un bagno disponibile… Sarebbe ottimo.

Bellissimo hotel!
Pros:

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia Pitttulungo, offre un servizio con ombrelloni e lettini a pagamento, l'hotel ha un bellissimo giardino con due piscine di cui una a idromassaggio, colazione sia salata che dolce con ampia scelta e di buona qualità, pulizia impeccabile, camera condizionata con un bel bagno, personale reception gentile e disponibile, siamo stati anche se per poche notti veramente bene.

Nulla, tutto perfetto.

Pour commencer,
🥰l’accueil avec le sourire , et le sourire continue où que vous soyez. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, aimable , dévoué !! On se sent presque de la famille ..
🧑‍🍳 le restaurant exquis , avec des serveurs au top , et des plats faits maisons
🏡 Le jardin Super bien entretenu !!! Tout est propre , bien rangé
Climatisation très appréciable dans la chambre et les parties communes
🏖️Plage à 2 minutes, ou piscine et jacuzzi

Très bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et dévoué.
Les chambres climatisées.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et proposant une grande variété de produits.
L'emplacement à 200 mètres de la plage et 400 mètres de l'arrêt de bus pour aller à Olbia.
Une jolie piscine (un peu petite) qui est suffisante s'il n'y a pas trop de monde comme ce fut le cas durant notre séjour.
Un jacuzzi spacieux.
Des chaises longues avec parasols à disposition.

Cons:

La propriété aux alentours de l'hôtel, c'était clairement très très sale !! Bouteilles en tout genre, papiers partout (ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel)
Le wifi complètement aléatoire dans la chambre 53.
Peut être bruyant, voire très bruyant en fonction des voisins que l'on a.
