Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Generally praised as very clean in many reviews, though some issues noted (shower curtain odor, sticky tile on arrival, shower soap dispensers fell and caused minor injury) that lower the score slightly.
Service
9.3
Staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and pleasant; a few isolated reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and a door latch issue, but overall strong service justifies a higher score to balance other negatives.
Location
9.1
Multiple mentions of convenient location (near highway, restaurants, Aldi) and good access to local events; parking constraints and dumpster placement are minor detractors.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms often described as large, comfortable beds and good layouts, but several reports of issues (curtains not closing, broken cart, no dish soap/towels in kitchenette, small private toilet/shower for dressing) reduce the score modestly.
Amenities
8.9
Breakfast, free coffee and on-site activities (cornhole, disc golf, putt putt) are positives; however ice machine outages, pool unavailability and some broken equipment are noted.
Value for Money
8.4
Many guests found the rooms comfortable and breakfast a pleasant surprise, but isolated comments about cost ('Custo'), unexpected construction, and crowded parking lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast and coffee receive consistent praise across reviews; occasional negatives (watered-down apple juice) are minor.
Overall Experience
9.2
Most guests report pleasant, comfortable stays and would return; isolated operational issues (lock problem, construction, housekeeping misses) don't outweigh generally positive overall experiences.

Clean Nice Sized Room
Pros:

Room was clean. Size was good. Location was good. c

Cons:

The shampoo; conditioner and soap containers that were attached on the shower wall. They fell off and hit my husband's toe and injured hand. Grab bar in shower is in an awkward position. With the width of the shower and it being on the side you bump your elbow while trying to wash.

Pros:

Service, food, clean room! All excellent!

Cons:

Our door would not lock when leaving. Not sure what the issue was. Felt like that latch wasnt connecting or something. Didnt love leaving with all of our stuff in the room unlocked.

Pros:

The room was very large and very nice. Two great tables and a very large vanity area. The bed was comfortable. The dog walking area was really nice.

Cons:

The curtains in the room could not be closed entirely so the only place to dress privately was in the very small toilet/shower room. The ice machine was broken, the cart was broken, the shower curtain smelled bad...possibly urine. The staff was not friendly or helpful. There was no dish soap or towels in the kitchenette. Trash can was tiny and no lids were provided for the cups in the room

It was the perfect stay for what I needed it for. Would book if ever in the area again
Pros:

The room was comfortable, Staff was friendly, and coffee available at any time :)

Cons:

I got in the shower and the Shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. It was a small issue not really a complain. I just dryed my hair and pulled it into a ponytail, nothing hurt.
