Pros:

The recepcionist was very nice and welcoming. Our room was in another building in which we could experience the wonderful Dutch stairs. The room itself was fine - we appreciated the quiet (except for when our neighbour played the violin for hours haha) and the hotel's closeness to the center.

Cons:

It provided what we wanted from it so nothing comes to mind.

Pros:

La chambre était très confortable, que ce soit les lits, les oreillers, ou les différents équipements. La chambre était largement spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et à notre aise. Le personnel était très conciliant et a fait en sorte que tout soit prêt pour notre arrivée à minuit. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, qui est très proche du centre-ville en tram. Le quartier est très calme et agréable, mais surtout accessible.

Cons:

L'eau débordait un peu dans la salle de bain vu que la douche ne possède pas une petite cavité pour le retenir, mais ce n'était pas dramatique quand même.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très avantageux pour les touristes. L'hôtel se trouve à moins de 15 min en tram du centre-ville. La station de tram étant à 3 min de l'hôtel cela facilite largement la visite de la ville.
La chambre était plutôt propre, bien rangée et bien chauffée. La literie était confortable même si le lit est assez étroit pour 2 personnes. Mais les oreillers étaient extrêmement confortables, ce qui assure une excellente qualité de sommeil.
La réceptionniste nous a gentiment aidé à nous installer, et a pu garder nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit prête. Elle a fait en sorte que les bagages soient montés avant même le check_in qui avait lieu plus tard dans la journée. Cette attention était très appréciée de notre part.

Cons:

La configuration de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. La salle de bain est en longueur, et la douche se situe au milieu, entre le lavabo et les wc, avec pour seule séparation 2 rideaux de douches. Il n'y avait pas une petite cavité pour que l'eau ne déborde pas, surtout que les canalisations sont plutôt bouchées, ce qui fait que l'eau se répand dans toute la salle de bain, menaçant même de déborder sur la moquette de la chambre. C'était très inconfortable et dangereux de marcher dans une mare d'eau ensuite en allant à la salle de bain.
Les escaliers sont plutôt raides, il faut faire spécialement attention en montant au risque d'avoir un accident.
La chambre double est un peu exiguë pour 2 personnes.

Lokalita byla moc hezká. Klidné místo nedaleko parku a centra města. Denně ustláno. Funkční wifi.

Cons:

Koupelna. Ve spárách a na stropě plíseň, hodně plísně. Deklarovaná kosmetika se omezila jen na nejlevnější tekuté mýdlo a sprchový gel. Předložka před sprchou také pamatovala lepší časy. A retro otáčení kohoutků dneska už snad nikdo v hotelu nevidí.
