The staff was nice

The ubication

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and it had a weird smell, also it wasn’t very comftable to climb the stairs to the 4th floor with al my suitcases, that could cause an accident, because the stair were very narrow and steep.

Pros:

Отель расположен идеально, рядом остановка трамвая, который идет через центр на вокзал. Очень милый район вокруг, рядом есть пекарня Simon Mejsenn и супермаркет Jumbo.
Очень приветливый персонал.
Можно попить кофе из кофемашины в часы работы ресепшн с 9:30 до 20.
Хороший напор в душе, отличный вай-фай, много полотенец..

Cons:

Высокие лестницы, которые почти вертикально вверх идут, поднимала чемодан на 4 этаж сама.
Очень мягкая кровать, спина болела и спать было неудобно. Вообще, моя комната 19 была слегка убитой: отклеиваются обои на стене, ковер весь в странных пятнах, и он начал распускаться, сиденье унитаза не соответствует модели, поэтому наполовину ощущается холодный фаянс. Сильный запах моющего средства никак не проветривался. Слегка ободранные косяки, кресло... Для отеля такого уровня цена завышена (к сожалению, так везде в Амстердаме). Знала, куда ехала, потому что Амстердам очень дорогой везде.

The shower curtain should be replaced by a screen as it keeps clinging to you in the shower impeding on your space.

Ottima posizione, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile grazie al tram che si trova a pochi metri dall’hotel. La stanza era carina, essenziale.

Cons:

Si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere e delle scale. La moquette presenta qualche macchia.

Great time, a little loud.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly, the place was comfortable and well cleaned. Location wise its great with a tram stop right beside the hotel.

Cons:

My only issue is how thin the walls are and being able to hear everyone come up and down the stairs and hearing everything in the rooms beside me.

Dos noches en la capital neerlandesa
Pros:

Vistas desde la habitación y cama cómoda. Personal atento y espacio para comer algo directamente del Jumbo que hay a un par de calles del Hotel si no quieres comer en la Habitación o en un restaurante de alrededor.

Cons:

Las escaleras empinadas típicas de Amsterdam (si vas con equipaje de ruedas no lo recomiendo por tu seguridad). No había calefacción el primer día que estuve. Solamente cuando lo reclame en recepción lo arreglaron. Se escuchaba bastante ruido del pasillo, las puertas están poco aísladas.
