Pros:

La cercanía que tenía para coger el tranvía y el trato del personal

Cons:

Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque estaba sucia la habitación luego los colchones no eran cómodos y muy antiguo el edificio

Nice staff, clean place, good proximity to city center
Pros:

We love the fact this hotel was away from the craziness of the city center but easy to get to thanks to the Tram #2. It was also easy to get to it via the city bus #397 from and to the airport.

Cons:

We could hear the doors slamming and people walking above us. Also, no elevator and tight stairs but it is manageable.

Confortevole e ottima posizione
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione: l'albergo è ben collegato al centro città con tram e bus e si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e ben abitato. Mi è piaciuta la camera, semplice, pulita e confortevole. Mi è piaciuto lo staff, gentile e attento.

Cons:

Le scale molto ripide per raggiungere la camera senza la possibilità di prendere un ascensore.

Kleine, moeilijk bereikbare, bloedhete kamer op prachtige locatie

The locatie, vlakbij het Vondelpark.

Cons:

De toegang tot de kamer, bed was veel te zacht, kluisje en tv werkten niet. Uit de douche kwam alleen 1 temperatuur water. Hele steile trappen om de kamer te bereiken. En de kamer was bloedheet op deze zomerse dag.

また泊まりたい、
Pros:

一階で庭に出れて赤ちゃん連れだったのでとても助かった。配慮が有り難かった。

Cons:

庭の掃除があまり手入れされていなかったのは残念だけど、不潔までではなかった。

La chambre n'était pas très propre, les serviettes non plus, la porte ne fermait pas bien, les fenêtres compliquées à ouvrir parce que la chambre était vieille.

The stay was alright, but surely didn’t meet my expectations.
Pros:

The location was great. The tram stop was next to a hotel which is amazing for easy travel in and around the city. Walking distance from RAI which was my main target for the convention. Room was quiet and had a balcony which was nice.

Cons:

The pictures showed nice modern rooms with high specs which I guess is in the main hotel, but I was given room B in the second building which was quite outdated and did not fulfill my expectations. There were stains on the carpet and on the curtains. Had to fiddle with the shower knobs to get the needed shower temperature. I wasn’t planning to watch TV, but the only time I found out it wasn’t actually working. I feel like there is an issue with the cable. And the lighting was poor and quite faint in the room.

Pros:

Staff was amazing and helpful! Location is close to tram that goes to the city centre.

Cons:

Very dusty floors, no shower cabin (it only had shower curtain), no elevator & stairs to rooms are very steep.. we barely could carry our baggages. Felt like a hostel more than a hotel :( There is no air-conditioner. But that is on us that we didn’t look at the hotel amenities in detail.
