The location of the property is very good. It’s just steps from a tram stop and it’s easy to get anywhere using public transit.
The hotel’s public areas are clean and reasonably modern but our room needed some updating and a bit of TLC. Curtains were threadbare, the stone windowsills
were not secured (glued down) anymore, etc. There were no issues that affected our stay; the room just needed some updating and fixes.

Great localisation, right by a tram/bus stop that took you straight to the city centre, bus every 5/10 minutes. Metro station 10 min by foot. Very kind and nice staff, comfortable rooms, quiet and clean.
The room was really nice and exceeded my expectations completely. The location wasn't bad and was close to bus stops and the tram in case we needed to travel anywhere. There were many options for food locally as well as the restaurant.
though it was close to bus stops we had to travel frequently to get to town but apart from that it was amazing xxx

The hotel is located on a really quite area. There are bus/tram stops 2min away walking distance, as well as markets, fast food and cafe. The staff was extremely polite and answered all my questions. There is self check-in/check-out machines, but there's always someone at the front desk, so if you have any troubles with the machine - there are people around to help you out. Not only the hotel, but my room as well were sparkly clean and you have all the shower accessories that you would need. When i checked in, there was an option to decline room cleaning, which i *did not* select, because usually when i am staying at hotels, no one cleans the room unless your stay is for more than 5 days (i was there for 4 nights). My room got cleaned every day, even though i cleaned every morning before leaving, so i felt bad :D. As i was travelling alone - i felt safe all the time, in the hotel and in Amsterdam as well.
Not exactly a dislake, but more as a recommendation - when you choose your room, there are listed specification what that room includes. So, the room i chose had the option shower/bath. I made a request to have a bath if possible, as i was travelling for my birthday and wanted to treat myself. When i received the general hotel information in the booking chat (i had additional questions as well, that were answered), no one mentioned that this room does not have a bath. Once i arrived, the receptionist told me that this request cannot be fulfilled, as the room i chose did not have bath option. :D She offered for me to switch rooms (a.k.a paying more), but that's not the point. I am fine that not every room has bath, but if the standard double rooms don't have that option in general, then don't list it in the room description. :) Bottom end - my recommendation is just to edit your standard double room information <3 I would still consider staying in this hotel in the future, regardless :)
It was kind of clean.
It is nothing like what you see in the photo that is used in marketing! Feels like marketing fraud, I would say. There is nothing nice nearby, but halal shops and such. The owner is trying to run the place without personnel, so no real reception and very few services.
Merkeze tramvay (7 numara özellikle çok kullandık) ve otobüsle 10-15 dk. Etrafta bir sürü market var. Özellikle otelin arka kapısından direkt marketlere kolay erişim var. Check in otomatlarla yaptık kolay oldu. Güvenli hissettiren bir mahalle özellikle Türk ve Müslüman yoğunluğu fazla. Odaların büyüklüğü Amsterdam a göre gayet iyi, odada ütü ve masası da var. Havaalanına uber/bolt ile gitmek de uyguna geliyor.
Havlular ve çarşaf yıkanmış olmasına rağmen lekeliydi bence lekesi geçmeyen havlular, çarşaflar misafirlere verilmemeli. Söyledikten sonra dikkat ettiler fakat bu konuda daha hassas olunmalı.Ayrıca tek kullanımlık terlikte olmalı.
