Nossa estadia foi excelente! O quarto era muito confortável, a cama maravilhosa e o banheiro excelente. O serviço de quarto também foi ótimo.
O grande destaque, sem dúvida, foi a equipe da recepção: nota 1000! Tivemos problemas com nossa bagagem durante a viagem e todos foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, nos ajudando inclusive com as ligações telefônicas que precisamos fazer para tentar resolver a situação. Esse apoio fez toda a diferença para nós naquele momento.
Fomos muito bem acolhidos e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar!

Pros:

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Room service was good. We stayed there couple of times and were very satisfied with service. Shops and cafes are nearby.

Cons:

Far from city centre but public transport is efficient and csn bring you in yown in 25mins.

Amsterdam is a delight the hotel was good value for money
Pros:

The property was clean and comfy

Cons:

But further out from the city than the reviews said but only about 25 mins by bus .
One of the receptionist was extremely unhelpful when we were asking for taxi bookings

Amsterdam şartlarında güzel bir konaklama. Aileler için uygun
Pros:

Günlük sınırsız şehir içi ulaşım (GBV) kartı aldık ve şehir merkezine (Dam meydanı) toplu ulaşımla çok rahat ulaşabildik. Otobüs ve Tramvay durağı otele yakın. Otelin hemen yanında ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz bir çok market var. Personel ilgili ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Мы заселились в полночь, нам дали ключи от комнаты, где уже проживал гость. Мы вошли в номер, к счастью гость не проснулся…
На третий день мы застряли в лифте, так как действие карточки ошибочно было продлено не на весь срок проживания. Автобус на центральный вокзал начинает ездить в воскресный день только с 08:00, пришлось заказать такси.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean, customer service was very helpful.

Cons:

Security breach. The hotel provided our room key to others, the people walked in to our room while I was undressing. This is not acceptable. Violation of my family privacy. Additionally, the TV was cracked when we entered the room. The cleaning people never checked if the equipment was working or broken. The staff replaced the TV the next morning. After day 2, the cleaning people took or stole the TV remote. When got back the remote went missing.

Other than that, the hotel was great.
