フロントの方が丁寧で、予約より良い部屋が空いていたので替えてくれた。
朝食も美味しく、豪華だった。

Cons:

お風呂の換気扇が弱かったのか、動いてなかったかで、窓に結露がすごかったので、窓を開けた。

女子旅ほっこりたび
Pros:

観光名所「大浦天主堂、グラバー園」まで徒歩8分程。朝の散歩にちょうど良く、ホテルの外装と街並みがマッチしていてとても良かった。部屋もヨーロッパの趣きがあり、とても落ち着いて過ごせました。

家具やドアが少し古いと感じるかもしれませんが、それもまた良い雰囲気でした。

Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel. Our family room was a little cramped for four beds, better for three, but I still rate it a 10 - everything else about our stay was lovely and the room is amazing value for money. The antique styling of the hotel is charming, the breakfast is quite exceptional in quality whilst the staff are super friendly and helpful. An absolute pleasure to stay in this gem of a hotel.

観光地に近く便利でとても良いホテルでした。
Pros:

スタッフの方の接客もとても良く早目に着いたにもかかわらずすぐにチェックインして頂けました。
ホテルの立体駐車場も午後２時から翌日正午まで置けるという観光地には有り難かったです。

浴室の換気がもう少ししっかりとしていたら良かったかなと思います。
