渋滞で夜遅くにチェックインしましたがとても丁寧な対応をしていただきました　駐車場も喫煙場所もわかりやすくて説明していただきました　可愛い外観でとても素敵ないホテルでした　中庭も可愛いです　グラバー園やオランダ坂も徒歩圏内でとても満足しました

The stay was great, however I'd choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The location I liked very much, very close to Glover Garden, and not too far from China Town and Dejima Wharf. There are bus and tram stops around the corner.

Cons:

The room size, is defintely too small, the floor could be cleaned better, the room was quiet from the outside, but I could hear every word and action from the neighbouring room.
