Room not as described – no real balcony, limited daylight, unsuitable for two adults
Cons:

The room did not match the expectations based on the listing.
Although described as having a balcony, there was no usable balcony, only a door with a barrier, and the entire view was blocked by a fixed awning, which significantly limited natural daylight and completely prevented any view of the sky.
As a result, the room felt dark and enclosed, which was not clearly communicated in the description.
Additionally, the bed was not suitable for two adults, despite the reservation being made for two people. The size and setup did not meet reasonable comfort standards for two adult guests.
I documented these issues with photo and video evidence and shared them with both the property and Booking.com. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including providing medical documentation explaining why one guest could not travel, no compensation or adjustment was offered.
Overall, the experience did not reflect the expectations set by the listing, and I would recommend future guests to carefully verify the exact room conditions before booking.

Pros:

Tiene unas vistas increibles a la Acropolis, esta cerca de una estacion de metro y ademas a unos 10 min a pie esta Little Kook.. Muy buena experiencia

Cons:

El desayuno 10 euros, completo pero se acaba el pan muy rapido y cuando pregunte si tenian mas me dijeron que ya se les acabado. Pero muy bueno

Staff gentile e cordiale. Posizione tranquilla e ottima. Super disponibile, tutte le volte che avevamo bisogno di un taxi, ci pensavano loro.

Cons:

Stanza un po' piccola, probabilmente era da due invece noi eravamo in tre. Colazione gluten free (c'era solo pane da toast freddo. No brioches, no biscotti, no cereali).
