Room service was not eatable
The staff were fabulous and it was very clean and quiet.
Location
Room size
Facilities
Comfortable bed
Room service , food was awful
The iron didn't work. And the air con wouldn't turn off, so the room very very cold. And our room wasn't serviced.
Great location
Room wasn’t very clean. None of the table surfaces had been wiped, the entry door was covered in finger prints and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The carpet was also very old and discoloured. We order a dental kit to be delivered to our room, it took over 40 minutes to arrive and I had to call twice to check they hadn’t forgotten about it.
Hotel Location and comfort of room.
Shambolic check-out and return of vehicles. Lack of experienced staff.
Quiet location but close to town
One round had cooling problems
Tried to be to posh but didn’t achieve this
Club access food was average
Hot water took so long to come through taps
Large room with very comfortable bed (and we appreciated the pillow menu).
Decent breakfast with healthy options available.
Nice pool, hot tub and sauna - though would imagine it can get very crowded if the hotel is busy.
Big TV in the room set up to allow streaming was great - a rainstorm 4 weeks into a 5 week trip meant Netflix & chill was definitely called for.
Great shower in the bathroom.
The restaurant was also decent - good quality food and reasonably priced (for a five star hotel restaurant)
Minor issues only - the TV faces neither the bed nor the sitting area meaning heavy furniture moving is needed if you want to watch it!
The line to be seated for breakfast can be really long (we waited almost 15 minutes) - another staff member is needed at peak times or use a different system where the host isn’t also required to take guests to the table and take the coffee order etc.
The steam room wasn’t working (it was a towel store!) and the sauna isn’t mixed (separate one in each changing room) and the ladies’ sauna is the size of a closet!
It’s annoying in this day and age for a luxury hotel to try to stop you using the fridge in your room to store your own stuff - especially based on spurious ‘health concerns’!
The ‘hotel information’ system via the TV has almost no useful information; you can’t find spa pricing, breakfast start/finish times, internal dial numbers for restaurant or spa … go figure!
Clean, modern, great staff, location was walking distance to several restaurants.

Incredible location and the staff were amazing. They all went to above and beyond to provide anything needed.
Our hand held shower was leaking and could not figure out how to use the rain shower head in the ceiling.
Very nice.
No counter space in the bathroom. Huge tub and large room but nowhere to put toiletries.
We liked everything here staff super hotel super
Location was amazing. Accessible to many scenic spots.
The spa was not clean.
