Great hotel but needs some service adjustments to get a 10
Pros:

The location, the SPA (and specially the outdoor heated pool), the breakfast and the overall quality and looks of the building are all top. Rooms are nice and big. Most of the staff was very attentive and nice.

Cons:

This hotel has everything to be a 10 but they failed in some basic stuff that should not happen at this price point and at a 'leading hotel'.
1. We booked for 2 adults and one child. All written and confirmed. When we arrived late night no cot and room was not prepared for the baby girl.
2. Also in written and confirmed, I reserved the lake side restaurant for Saturday, the hotel booked for Friday - of course a mistake can happen, we are all humans - but what was very annoying was receiving an e-mail that I did not show-up and next time I should cancel beforehand (Is just me but I do not like to be raised to attention like a kid specially at this level).

Pros:

Atmosfera calda e accogliente, disponibilità di asciugamani ovunque, spa enorme con tantissimi lettini relax, colazione super varia e abbondante

Cons:

L'acqua delle piscine era un po' freddina e durante la colazione eravamo costantemente controllati (ci hanno sparecchiato la tavola mentre ci stavamo servendo al buffet, appena arrivati). Un po' di relax non guasterebbe. A distanza di due mesi non mi hanno ancora mandato la ricevuta via mail.
