Cons:

Das wenig deutschsprachige (aber auch nicht englisch sprachige) personal wirkte unausgebildet, uninformiert und der Zimmerservice kam erst gar nicht um Bad oder Schlafzimmer zu servicen. Roomservice Qualität war suboptimal.

Pros:

A hotel with luxury touches. It's five-star. But sometimes design outweighs common sense. The bathroom sinks are inconvenient to use; they're just design, not functional. There's no grab bar in the shower stall, and there's no stop on the bathroom door. The lighting in the room is poor, and it's a shame the fireplace doesn't work. The room is spacious, the staff knows their stuff, and the place is beautiful.

Pros:

The hotel itself is excpetional and truly worthy of 5 stars. The breakfast menu is large, the food was great and the staff was extremely kind.

Cons:

There really isnt a thing I can write here, so I guess I will leave it at that :)
