Value for money hotel close to great food options
Pros:

This property is really good for the price. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was an odd configuration but fine. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. Yes, some road noice but it’s a city. The noise from the hall is not great but once people are in their rooms the sound proofing is adequate. Location for food is great with fab local cafe’s and eateries. A go 10 minute walk to the main old town/cloth hall. Friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

I thought it was closed up because the door is so heavy! Push it HARD

Item stolen . be careful of staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel but item stolen off bar table and no cameras were recording according to staff , to me as there is a camera. It would have been a staff member who took it. Manager should check camera 20.55 ish onwards 4/2/26 Just keep your personal items with you at all times.
Otherwise lovely stay.

Great location, lovely staff
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very central for walking into the city centre, tram stop 2 minutes away for longer journeys if needed.
The room was an excellent size, plenty of space and the bathroom was great too, wonderful pressure in the water and nice and hot too and easy to adjust the temperature.
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with any questions or queries. Really lovely people.

The breakfast each morning was brilliant, a super selection of both hot and cold food, fruit, bread, cold meats and cheeses, the fried eggs each morning were cooked to perfection so please thank whoever prepares them, definitely something for everyone’s palate

Cons:

The radiator in our room wasn’t working but we were provided with two plug in radiators that kept the room nice and cosy throughout our stay.

Pleasant, but would not stay in the same room
Pros:

The bathroom was a good size and the water was hot. The room was a quadruple room which was very spacious. There was a kettle with tea and coffee facilities.

Cons:

There was a smell in the room of the drains. There was no lights by the mirrors so it was hard to see in the mirror. 2 plug sockets were not working and the hairdryer was not working in the bathroom. The room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, so had to walk up 71 steps each day also whilst carrying luggage.

Everything you need to be an excellent base for exploring Kraków.
Pros:

Rooms are warm, clean and have all the essentials you need. Staff are polite and helpful, the location is excellent for exploring the old quarter but still out of the way enough to get a quiet nights sleep.

Cons:

The breakfast is fine quality and plentiful, but is perhaps a little expensive compared to what you can get by finding somewhere in town for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel and a great price
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a good location. When our taxi dropped us off, my heart sank fearing we had been scammed as at first glance it appeared closed with tape cordoning off some windows. Upon trying the large wooden door the dread instantly disappeared as a warm beautiful entrance appeared with stunning ornate large iron "gates" on each side one towards the bar and restaurant and the other to where they hold breakfast. The lady checking us in was very friendly and the process was quick. Our room was located on the first floor, there is no lift but the stairs are wide with bannister. The room was bright and immaculately clean, for the price it exceeded expectations for sure. There was a kettle with tea, coffee creamer etc. A safe and fridge all free to use with very comfortable beds. The room was warm and well heated, so much so that at times we were opening. The window even when minus 15 at night for short periods. The location was ideal, lovely walks either around the old town or into the main square area. Rooms were cleaned daily if you wished and a cold water dispenser on the landing with cups. There are a few little corner shops right next door for snacks, drinks and all reasonably priced and the most delicious restaurant directly opposite where pizzas or pasta dishes average about 8 pounds. There is nothing we could fault with the hotel at all.
