An enjoyable vacation, and if we return to Prague, we will return to this hotel as well.
Pros:

Perfect vacation, hotel with a pampering staff, we took a room with a view of the castle on the seventh floor, large room, huge and comfortable bed, large and high-quality pillows. The hotel staff is exceptional, they bring towels in the evening as well, they changed the blankets we asked for, they cleaned the room every day. Dinner at the hotel was great, fresh, varied and delicious food. We also took advantage of the organization of the trip from the airport to the hotel and back at a reasonable cost of 990 Czech crowns each way.

Cons:

You have to pay for water and chips, it's better not to put them on (you can drink the water from the tap).
The bathtub was not comfortable, the wall is high and makes it difficult to get in and out, the bathroom floor is slippery with no place to hold on and I almost slipped. The water suddenly switches from the sprinkler to the faucet in the middle of the shower and the flow is weak.

Pros:

Bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la rue principale très bruyante la nuit. Le manque de chaînes françaises et la possibilité de connexion à Canal ou Netflix.

Pros:

Camere spaziose molto pulite. Materassi e cuscini comodi personale anche se non parli italiano è stato molto gentile e disponibile addirittura nonostante il check-in fosse dalle ore 15:00 ci hanno permesso di avere la camera con molto anticipo. La colazione era veramente eccezionale sia per i dolce che per il salato.

Cons:

Noi avevamo prenotato la mezza pensione ed è un po’ limitativo il fatto che ogni sera il menù era sempre lo stesso

Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien, Prague c’est petit on a largement pu tout faire à pied depuis l’hôtel. La literie est également très bien, la vue de la chambre également.

Cons:

Globalement la prestation est décevante, nous avons beaucoup attendu à notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Deux matins de suite nous avons attendu pour pouvoir accéder au petit déjeuner ce qui est pénible si on a des horaires à respecter pour des visites. Je passe l’amabilité du personnel du petit déjeuner. Par ailleurs dès qu’on se lève ils retirent tout ce qui se trouve sur la table alors qu’on voulait finir ce qui engendre un gaspillage important. Je dis à une première dame de laisser mon bol de céréales que je vais pendre de l’eau. Je reviens une autre personne avait retiré le bol tout juste rempli, c’est dommage.
Incident également le jeune homme de l’entrée nous place après avoir fait la queue pour accéder au petit déjeuner il nous place à côté de deux personnes ( pas de pb pour nous) on part chercher à manger et quand on revient un jeune homme du petit déjeuner nous dit il ne faut pas prendre une table de 4 quand on est 2, je lui explique donc que ce n’est pas nous qui avons choisi, que le jeune homme a l’entrée nous a placé et qu’en plus il y avait deux personnes sur la table qui viennent tout juste de partir. Ce dernier ne comprenait pas, il s’est ensuite expliqué avec son collègue en tchèque je présume et a soufflé et levé les yeux au ciel. Mauvaise expérience dès le matin. Les chambres sont classique sans plus, gros bémol pas de prises autour du lit ce qui est vraiment pas pratique au quotidien. L’eau est payante, pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Bref c’est le 4 étoiles le plus décevant que j’ai fait

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Located 15 minutes walk from main train station. Room was comfortable & clean - slight noise from outside. Left luggage man was lovely & helpful.

Cons:

Woman receptionist was unkind & very rude - really put a dampener on the stay. You can easily find better, friendlier hotels in the city.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Reception staff is an asset to the hotel. We arrived around 11 am, and the room was ready at 1 pm despite check- in is at 3 pm. Location, walking distance to all attractions. Room was very good size, clean, bed comfortable. We like a bathroom.
Breakfast- a good variety 👌

Cons:

One day we had been waking up by fire alarm.
It was a fake alarm, but nobody explain or apologise.
