Pros:

Lovely large elegant rooms and when we stayed for 4 days, we had a fab view across Prague and great choice of breakfast, so when our return flight was cancelled late evening at the airport, we unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay it was our first choice. It's a very short walk off Wenceslas Square, near transport and the sights but away from the noise and bustle. Luckily there was a room still available. It's a popular hotel.

Pros:

מיקום מעולה ! ממש קרוב לכיכר ואצלב והכל בהישג יד. לכל מקום אפשר להגיע ברגל. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומצטיינת. בחדר היתה מרפסת נחמדה . מסביב למלון מסעדות מסוגים שונים.

Pros:

Everything. Easy check in and out process. Great staff, especially the room cleaners. Great selection at breakfast and at the restaurant. We asked for two rooms close to each other and fully obliged

One of our rooms had poor shower facilities and variable water temperature

Amazing, very helpful staff and fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Very helpful and kind (with good English) staff, lovely breakfast with many options of food. The room was lovely, the bed was massive and very comfy. It was a nice centrally located hotel, easy to get too from the airport and to get around during the day.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Everything is exceptionally clean and the staff at the registration desk are great and extremely customer service friendly.

Cons:

The distance for me to walk to some of the sites from the hotel was a challenge. It is fairly close to shopping stores but if you want to see sites like the Charles Bridge and Castle, it’s a walk. You can rely on public transportation but I would have preferred a closer location.
