Maxima Zarya Hotel

I booked a room for three nights at this humble old-fashioned hotel and paid in advance, however, when I arrived there at a snowy midnight, a poker-faced recipist refused to check me in, moreover, he even refused to refund!!! I've visited 50 counties and I never encountered any gross hotel like this!!!

В отеле останавливался с детьми на несколько ночей. Сервис соответствует заявленному описанию. Расположен в тихом месте среди жилых кварталов. До станций метро– 7-10 минут пешком. В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин и аптека. Недалеко вход в Ботанический сад и на ВДНХ. На ресепшен оформление быстрое. Персонал приветливый. Возникающие вопросы решаются быстро и без проблем. Номера были – одноместный и двухместный (комфорт). Душ, туалет в номере. Горячая вода была всегда. Напор достаточный. Постельные принадлежности-без нареканий. Ежедневно уборка в номере. Две бутылки воды в качестве приветствия. Качество приема телесигнала отличное, количество каналов достаточное. WiFi сигнал без нареканий. Мебель-заметно, что ей пользовались, но не старая. В номере - минихолодильник в рабочем состоянии. Отопление - центральное. Кондиционер замечен не был. Завтраки европейского типа, разнообразные, всего достаточно. Есть “детский” набор: хлопья, шарики, каши. Все свежее и горячее. В вечернее время работает ресторан. Меню не очень длинное, но количество блюд вполне достаточное для ужина и все прекрасно приготовлено. Парковка для личного транспорта во дворе дома - платная. Перед входом в отель парковка часто занята автобусами. Отель соответствует заявленным 3-м звездам (даже с плюсиком). Соотношение цена/качество опраданно. Для проживания на время знакомства с Москвой рекомедуется!

Very nice, comfortable small hotel, with average pricing. This is not a hostel , so rooms have a personal( not shared) bathroom . It’s not far from metro. Safe location. Friendly staff really trying to accommodate to your needs. Rooms are comfortable clean, and spacious.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
The registration was fast and all additional requirements was successfully completed. We felt like at home over there. Of coarse it’s a 2-3 stars hotel but with a good service and fair price.

The hotel is no good. Practically third class. Located in a quite locality. Rooms can be long distance from Lift lobby (Room 305). No one has smile on face. No English speaking staff. Breakfast bad . One small toaster as used in homes.Breakfast food items always in short supply. Will hate to go there again.

Clean room, good and helpful staff, good breakfast and even closer to metro than before now the green and red circle lane are less than 10 min walk. My only complaint would be that i didnt have air conditioning in my room since it was not available and it was hot

We stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable (except for the bed) stay with good breakfast. They have a small lobby. It is not in the middle of a bustling city area so the surroundings are quiet. We got all the basic amenities (toiletries, kettle, tea/coffee). The studio room had a bath tub, a sofa and a table, minibar and a large wardrobe. It overlooked the back of the hotel. Every floor has a hot/cold water dispensing machine - we did not have to order any bottled water. They also have a small ironing room which was very convenient for us.
The waiting staff were always smiling and courteous. On the first day we had the Borscht soup which was great and was presented nicely.
We wanted a room with a bigger bed so that our 21 months old kid could sleep comfortably between us. They said they'll show us a room and later said they cannot as it's already occupied. This was the only low point in our stay.

We had gone with a tour and the day we landed after some sight seeing we were taken to the hotel late evening.The check in was smooth. You have to drag your own luggage as there were no porters,We were sharing triple rooms and they were very good with good view of buildings and trees. One room had a single bed and the other with two beds which were comfortable.There is a water dispenser in each floor. What i remember is their breakfast which was elaborate, healthy and yummy.Most Russians do not understand English so there is a communication problem, otherwise good hotel.Rating 4 becos they did not attempt to understand.

Для отеля НЕ 6 звёзд, очень неплохо. Соотношение цена-качество - отлично. Переночевать в деловой поездке - отлично.

We stayed four nights during the world cup. It is very close to the metro ( but easy to get confused with the rail line as we did and end up walking more than required).

Took about 20 mins to the red square.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but is the same everyday so by the end of the fourth day was bored eating the same thing.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area so don't expect restaurants or coffee shops.

stayed for 4 nights and then a further night after trip to st petersberg. first room was superb, very spacious with air con, kettle and safe. second room was smaller but with air con. reception was helpful and calm and patient at a busy time. breakfast was 500 roubles and excellent value with plenty of options for my vegitarion partner as well as an interesting variety of hot food options. really attentive staff replenishing items at great speed.

location is less than 10 minutes walk from line 9 metro, passing a shoppping centre with good supermarket, with an easy 20 minute ride to the centre with 1 change for line w. u need to be careful as to which exit you take on your return as could extend your walk back quite considerably.

there are limited eating places nearby but hotel food is good for dinner also at reasonable prices though portions small (similar to most places we found). be aware service can be slow if busy as staff are stretched.

the hotel is modern and clean and rooms well maintained. it was a great base for a fantastic trip.

Good hotel and very enjoyable stay. The local area is residential and quiet. Close to the metro (<5 min) though that station is a bit far away from the touristic center. Rooms were quite standard. Good value for money.

Amazing hotel, great service and very professional staff, metro station is just 5 min away. Very convenient.

Helt ok hotell i ett stillsamt och tryggt område.
Tyvärr missade dom både utlovade frukostpåse samt att den förbokade och redan betalade taxiresa till tågstationen var kraftigt försenad.
Tidsmarginalerna minskade men vi hann precis med tåget till Nizhnil Novgorod.

Здравствуйте. В это отеле второй раз. Очень хорошие впечатления. Девушки на ресепшен вежливы и общительны. В номере чистота. Рекомендую.
