Pros:

Close to airport, free shuttle every hour to Malpensa airport (book in advance!). Okay and quiet hotel for staying one night before the flight.

Cons:

Very outdated interior, reminds 90s. Poor breakfast. Price is significantly higher than value and quality of stay.

The hotel is tired needs renovation in the suites. Shower was awful and mattresses. Need to be replaced on the beds. The

The restaurant was very good. The servers were very friendly and the food was good. The hotel staff was very unhelpful. Have a go so far as to say some or rude.

Cons:

As I said previously, the front desk, staff was very unhelpful and almost rude. Except for one of the staff members don’t know her name however who did help us get shuttle service and a driver to take us to a mall.

Hotel de alta calidad y servicios
Pros:

El hotel tiene un servicio de Shuttle gratuito que retira a los pasajeros del aeropuerto de munich al hotel y visceversa de manera gratuita siempre y cuando este su utilizacion dentro de la franja horaria del hotel que es muy amplia.
El desayuno es variado y la cena estuvo muy bien

Voor de betaalde prijs hadden we meer verwacht.

De locatie en parking.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast van de buren. Gedateerde badkamer. Te weinig personeel bij het ontbijt. De medewerker die het ontbijt coördineerde was erg onaardig tegen de gasten en ook tegen haar collega's bij het ontbijt.

A nice place to stay to be close to the airport.
Pros:

Convenient to airport, clean, and free parking.

Cons:

The elevator was having an issue and wouldn’t open to let us out(!) but they had others, and when I told the staff they addressed my concern immediately.
