We had a wonderful one-week stay at Las Rocas Resort. The personnel were welcoming and always helpful. The location is perfectly situated, walking distance between west end and west bay.
The food at the restaurant was great and breakfast was included. We truly have no complaints. They also kindly organized transportation to and from the hotel, which made our travel seamless and stress-free.

My husband and I have visited Las Rocas many times to eat and enjoy the happy hour and beautiful views. This trip we added 4 nights at Las Rocas and enjoyed every minute. Our "Jungle Bungalow" was clean & cozy. Loved our balcony & view. It was hard to pull myself away from the hammock. So peaceful & relaxing in the evening.
Also we can't say enough about the friendly staff. They remember your name and are very helpful - front desk, bar (Winston & Devon!) & restaurant, housekeepers, drivers etc. They are pleasant and happy to assist. It's a wonderful friendly community - we became friends with many of the guests as well. Can't wait to visit again.

Staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect between the Gumbalimba nature reserve and the beach and restaurants. It was quiet and felt private. We were able to easily visit the Gumbalimba monkeys, iguanas and macaws. The macaws came to the hotel as well. We loved the wild life hanging about including cats, bunnies and agoutis.

Súper contentos con nuestra estadía en las Rocas, el servicio súper bueno, el personal super amable y cordial, la comida deliciosa y muy buenos precios. Ubicación excelente, paz y tranquilidad. Importante solo darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones: la ducha no funcionaba y había por algunos momentos un mal olor en el sanitario. La llave del lavamanos estaba floja.

Ubicación muy buena, a 2 minutos a pie de la famosa playa de west bay. Servicios de calidad, muy convenientes para los turistas y a buen precio.

The staff made this enjoyable the food is well priced and plentiful. The drinks are well made and service was very good. Winston stood out as very helpful. Always attentive to your needs the chefs did a great job in a small and busy kitchen.

First time to Roatan and couldn’t have been more pleased! Rooms are very basic, clean and comfy. Breakfast was included with our stay every morning and we always looked forward to the surprise, it was always great. All of the staff were so friendly and just amazing! Winson and Danilo were absolutely wonderful and never left us wanting for anything. Food was all amazing and reasonably priced. Happy hour is every day from 3-6, 2x1 drinks, very good as well! The resort is pretty shaded if you are wanting more sun it’s an easy walk around the corner to West Bay Beach. You can get everything you need on that beach, there is a grocery store, shopping, food, drinks, excursions, etc. Everyone you meet is so friendly and most everyone speaks great English. Our only complaint was three out of four of us got ate up by no-seeums. OFF and skin-so-soft does not phase them. Locals told us to use coconut oil or baby oil and they also sell a bug repellent at the stores that is made in Roatan and is supposed to work well. Be sure to bring anti-itch cream if you are prone to bug bites, you can also buy in the pharmacy down the beach. We had a great time at Las Rocas and in Roatan and have already booked for December next year!

What a wonderful experience! The staff at this resort is extremely accommodating and kind. The food was very good and reasonably priced. No hidden fees. We loved our room and the entire property. I did get a backache from the mattress but I have a herniated disk. My husband and I stayed a week and went snorkeling with the divers which was a blast! I loved the complimentary hot plates every morning. There is plenty of filtered water and it was quiet at night. A few pairs of scarlet macaws frequent the tree tops at dusk and dawn. The grounds have agouti and rabbits. Very serene.
