I got a free upgrade to a suit as indicated in the offer. The room was great and very large. All staff were friendly and helpful. Due to the current pandemic though some of the facilities were closed the most notable of which was the Piano bar. This was not a problem as the attached restaurant was open and served great food in addition to their own beer from the onsite microbrewery. This is not an ideal hotel for tourists as it is outside the center.

Had a short stay at Milan hotel , friendly front desk , excellent English language command, my room was on the 20 Th floor , room was neat , and well heated.
Floor cleaning excellent, staff was polite, don’t forget to greet them with some Russian words, it would be appreciated .
Next to the hotel, a big mall, every thing available there, make sure you know , where to look it for, as language could be an issue.
Walking distance Domodedovo metro station, which takes you to the red square.
I loved my visit , looking forward to go back again. Das Vidaniya.

There are several restaurants and bars, we had good New Year, even though there was nothing ecept tv, but food was good! No pool, only gym

Good hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable. They have 24 hrs room service which is reasonable. Breakfast Buffet was great. Complementary WiFi was given. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a mall just across. Location is good.

The type room I reserve MUST have a bathtub same as I visit before, This time them tell me rooms are FULL. Then I got disabled room as a bathtub price. The toilet is dirty.I think 4 star hotels shouldn't let customers get rooms like this.

Me and my wife spent one night, we were very satisfied and happy with the room and all the amenities.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to my Friends.

To me it’s the best place to stay if you are flying out of Domodedovo and need some rest. Easy access to the airport: it’s just aaaalll the way straight...)))...Rooms are clean and pretty. Soundproofing is quite alright. There is coffee machine in the room. Cost is little for what it offers. Staff is professional: they know how to accommodate dozens of guests with the smile on their face, you won’t wait for long in rush hour. They have hair salon on the ground floor. Also there is a restaurant next door which can be accessed from the lobby. The kitchen is very good there. Restaurant does delivery, waiting time was almost nothing. The separate menu of this restaurant you can find inside the room. There is huge mall right across the road and metro station in 5-10 minutes walking.

Landed in the morning, comparatively a short drive from the airport, in spite of the heavy snow showers. Hotel staff very friendly, and courteous, speaking few basic Russian words for greetings helps, to break the ice. Rooms, are spacious and nice,. An happening mall right next to the hotel, walking distance, nice food court, a lot of branded stuff, and believe me good stuff too. I think Russians are misunderstood, they are kind and compassionate people , well exceptions are everywhere. Looking forward for my next trip. By the way KFC is recommended inside the mall, I just loved it. Spaseeba.

Great Hotel to stay in! Everything was very well maintained and presentable. Just a bit far from the center but its worth the hotel.

I like this hotel so much i stayed a second time and would return again. Comfortable rooms, good price and convenient location out of town centre. I love their big all you can eat breakfasts which serve pretty much everything from croissants, to cereals to fresh cooked omlettes, sausages, fresh fruits, meats and smoked salmon, sweet cakes etc - all for about £10. The interior is also lovely, in fact Russian film crew used it to film national lottery tv advert and weddings also use the location for shoots. Grut Restaurant is attached and also pretty good - brews it's own beer but i preferred to walk up road to big shopping centre for my meals. Tea and coffee facilities included but shame no room safe for passport etc but can't have everything. Staff helpful and most speak good English. Ten minute walk from nearest Metro station with train direct to Moscow centre in 30 mins. I also appreciate the hotels complimentary free airport transfer to DMO, but sadly not SVO in the north of city. Highly recommended and great value for money.

This is a very good hotel, close to a metro station and a big shopping mall; easy to reach from the airport (if you take the Aeroexpress train). Staf is friendly and supportive. The hotel seems to be quite new and is very clean; has spacious rooms and good breakfast variaty. I would recommend it to colleagues and friends.

Hotel was in a good location for DME airport and convenient neighborhood. Breakfast was average. Room suite was spacious,
