The Location was good, close to 101 hwy, and Avila and/or Pismo beach. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The queen beds were not comfortable, too soft, and you could see the dip or how really sunken in the mattresses were.
Also, the motel stated breakfast was included with our stay, which as not true. They didn't even have a continental breakfast available, there was a Starbucks and diner available for purchase in the lobby.
This was a disappointment for the price of the hotel per night

Our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

I thought a continental breakfast was part of the stay. We had breakfast at the Starbucks that was located on the premises.

Cons:

We also had to pay $15 to park our car on the property.

Staff was very nice, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The courtyard was a very nice space and the location was great, close to a beach and stores.

Cons:

Didn’t like that I had to pay for parking.

Pros:

After driving from Monterey via PCH, it was a restful stay. Room was a big enough. Easy to access where I want to go.

Cons:

Complete lack of maid service. Stupid, stupid, stupid. It's a Marriott not a Motel 6 for crying out loud. Hire some people to change the towels and refill the in-room coffee.

The amenities were amazing, they treated our pugs well as as they did us. We felt welcome.
Pros:

Bistro was wonderful. Pool and spa were heated just enough. The fire pit was perfect for gathering. The rooms were great. We loved the shower configuration. Service was outstanding.
