Water and snacks in lobby, pool area and facilities clean and attended to well

Cons:

Renovated rooms are very nice. Small details like a spot to put wet soap bar by sink other than the counter, tub very slick when wet and nothing to hold on to

I'm glad I chose this property despite reviews I've read. I called hotel before booking reservation. i spoke with Danny who gave me updated, current info on property that tipped the scale for me to book this Courtyard. Check-in was fast and graceful. Hannah (I hope that's her name) was very upbeat, courteous, and acknowledged my Marriott status. I observed her positively greeting guests returning to the hotel. Room was very renovated new and nice. There was renovation project ongoing but not problematic. Danny assisted w/checkout process that was fast and smooth. I shared positive comments on stay and elite welcome gift that was clever and well-thought. I highly recommend this property for its welcoming staff and newly renovated rooms! Location is good outside of downtown that is small. Price of downtown lodging is not justified when everywhere is just a close drive away.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and great value. Everything is clean. Didn't try the other facilities but we were happy to have the option.

Cons:

Parking is not easy to find on a busy holiday. Requirement to keep a parking pass, collected from the check in counter, back in your car also makes the check in experience rather unnecessarily longer. There is also no single switch that turns on all lights when you enter the room.

Pros:

spacious room, nice view of the pool. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast choices were limited. Lobby area was partially blocked for construction. Pedestal sink in bathroom - no place to put your toiletries! This was an accessible room so we used the stool from the shower to place our cosmetics, etc. No in room safe.

Good experience!
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel located exactly where I needed to be to visit friends. I was surprised at how luxurious it seemed! Despite being under construction, I didn't notice anything or any noise which was a big plus in my book. The hotel loses a star for black marks on the pillow cases and a malfunctioning toilet.

Pros:

Beware although Petfriendly there is a 125 dollar nonrefundable deposit per pet. We expected there to be a fee but that was the most we have ever had to pay to bring our pet.

Pros:

I enjoyed the location and view of the property.

However, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with my room. There wasn't even complimentary coffee in the lounge area. So it's a toss up - view or breakfast.
Had I realized that, I would have booked at the Embassy Suites which is well known for it's excellent breakfast offerings for it's guests.

Pros:

Manager needs to double check if guests have checked out. We had two maids at different hours of the morning try opening our door while we were sleeping, the second one said the manager told her we had checked out even though check out wasn't for another hour
