Pros:

The receptionist at the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room was very nice very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Loved that they had a Starbucks in the hotel lobby that we could purchase coffee in the morning.

Cons:

The only bad thing was, I could hear the nearby room doors slamming shut throughout our stay.
Also breakfast was not provided.

The bed should be most important but it was the worst.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice,clean,great staff especially the bar tender. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi.... The room was nice, clean. 3 stars

Cons:

The beds were so u comfortable all 4 of us were hurting and tossed and turned all night. There wasn't enough parking especially for handicapped around the back. And last but not as bad, there were no bags in the trash cans. It was just strange to me. It felt wrong to throw substances in there. Do they have to scrub them everytime? Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

The Location was good, close to 101 hwy, and Avila and/or Pismo beach. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The queen beds were not comfortable, too soft, and you could see the dip or how really sunken in the mattresses were.
Also, the motel stated breakfast was included with our stay, which as not true. They didn't even have a continental breakfast available, there was a Starbucks and diner available for purchase in the lobby.
This was a disappointment for the price of the hotel per night

Our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

I thought a continental breakfast was part of the stay. We had breakfast at the Starbucks that was located on the premises.

Cons:

We also had to pay $15 to park our car on the property.

Staff was very nice, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The courtyard was a very nice space and the location was great, close to a beach and stores.
