Unforgettable!!!
Pros:

The property is gorgeous, very well located, steps away from everything in the old center. It is very clean, well decorated, and you can breathe a relaxing atmosphere every time.
The staff at the hotel is gentle, nice, kind, professional and very sweet without exemptions did everything
possible to please us at every moment and they made us feel like at home. The staff was above and beyond from the reception, the kitchen, the room keepers. They were AMAZING !!!!🤩

Un lugar para volver y recomendar.
Pros:

Es un lugar muy acogedor, al tener pocas habitaciones, hace que se sienta muy tranquilo, en todos los espacios de siente paz y armonía. El personal hace que te sientas especial, siempre te tratan por tu nombre, y al pasar de los días ya conocen tus gustos, así que es una atención personalizada. Está ubicado en una zona preciosa, en plena ciudad amurallada y salir a caminar es muy fácil. Todo está cerca, las tiendas, restaurantes, el centro comercial, y varios otros puntos de interés de Cartagena. El día que regrese a Cartagena, este hotel será de nuevo mi elegido.

Pros:

Gerade noch innerhalb den Stadtmauer. Ruhig, Sicher. Nicht weit zum Flughafen und zum Gethsemani.

Cons:

Pool ist eingeschlossen und nicht sehr einladend.

Outstanding service, some basic facilities need attention.
Pros:

Staff were very attentive and service was excellent. Best breakfast we had in Colombia. Room was spotlessly clean and serviced very promptly.

Cons:

Facilities were poor. No hot water in the shower. No minibar/fridge in the room to store cold drinks. No balcony in the room despite images and detail suggesting there was. Couldn’t see out the windows without opening them and the shutters outside, letting mosquitoes in. These are all things that can be rectified by management- with such a superb team providing excellent service, it’s a shame that these items detract from the experience.
