Pros:

Great breakfast, room was very nice and location was good. Loved the towel sculpture in room.

Cons:

Liked majority of it all. I thought per picture I had hot tub room where 2 people could sit in there. It was only a jetted tub and only a jets worked.

Other than that everything else was great.

Convenient location, but somewhat disappointed. We won’t be back.
Pros:

We stayed here for a couple of days so we could be close enough to walk to a symphony concert. We were also able to walk to the Johnny Cash Museum, which was fun. There was also a very large building with numerous restaurants nearby.
Pros: Convenient location in downtown.
Room was clean. Wide variety of food for breakfast in the lobby. The valet attendant was kind and considerate. We had access to our car in the parking garage, so we could get things out, or take them inside. We were able to pack the car before the valet brought our car to the front upon departure.

Cons: My biggest gripe is the bathroom sink. The faucet spigot is extremely close to the counter, and every time we used it water would get all over the counter behind it. We used a lot of towels to minimize that.
When we arrived, the receptionist wasn’t too friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The valet parking is unavoidable, and expensive. Some of the breakfast food was not good, the grits and oatmeal come to mind. All of the chairs in the lobby had damaged cushions. One night a street sweeper truck came through, and we had to listen to beeping and see blinking lights for several minutes when we were hoping to be sleeping. The day we left, a housekeeper banged on our door before we had checked out.
Overall we were disappointed, and won’t return.

this hotel passed the vibe check
Pros:

from the moment we arrived, it was overall good vibes. the valet staff was bumpin’ and they set the tone right away so much patience / technology is hard!

check-in with tj was smooth because of him - kerolos gave such great local recommendations (i did end up going to bakersfield and it did not disappoint!)

510 itself was clean snd fresh

breakfast was delicious and honestly every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind even the two maintenance guys & two housekeeping attendants

checkout was just as simple and the valet attendant had our car ready to go !

i’ll 10000% be recommending this hotel to my philadelphia gal pals it’s officially a winner.

great location, wonderful staff, and such a positive overall experience!
