Pros:

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

No ac in the hallways, we were told they are working on it. Google says they have a pool, they do not.

Went to visit broadway! Great location. Would book again.

Location was great, not far from Broadway.
Value was great, beds were comfortable.
We didnt spend a lot of time in our room. Would recommend, especially of location. We had a large group staying it was wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, you can always find something cold if you don't like the hot choices.

The lobby's furniture is outdated, dirty and ripped. Just terrible. This is the second Hampton Inn I've stayed at with the same situation. This one was the worst. Never again staying at a Hampton Inn. The hallways, elevators and lobby were so hot. Water pressure in the bathrooms was terrible. Our room door was loud and kept getting stuck. The faucets everywhere are oddly placed where it doesn't allow you to wash your hands or get soap correctly.

We will be back
Pros:

We isited Nashville for a short vacation of four days during the 250th America's birthday celebration. Great breakfast, great informational staff, great location to downtown (Broadway). We will book this location again in the future.

Not to far from Roadway. Where all the excitement is!

Cons:

You can tell its not cleaned properly. There was stuck Zen pouch on ceiling. Toilet didn't flush properly. Parking cost $69 after using card.

Very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety of options and very handy to gave. Excellent location to walk to activities and venues. The staff was kind, friendly, and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

My encounter with Jackie at guest services, she was dressed unprofessional, rude, not accommodating, and lacked respect for guest.
