This property was great! Walkable distance to everything downtown. The continental breakfast was also great. Beds were very comfortable. Valet staff was TOP notch!!

Cons:

Maids only clean every other day. TV had only live tv available and not a smart tv so unable to log into streaming services. Hotel staff was friendly enough but didn’t go out of their way. A/C didn’t get cold enough despite adjusting the thermostat.

Pros:

It was a pretty hotel. Easy to access.

Cons:

The carpeting seemed to be quite filthy, maybe because it was dated. The rest of the establishment was clean. I did not appreciate all the Spanish speaking staff. Some could not even answer simple questions when asked.

Good stay, Hampton always puts forth a good face overall
Pros:

Location is excellent and pricepoint considering proximity to Nashville attractions is more than fair. Very clean and well maintained rooms, friendly staff considering the volume of patrons.

Cons:

Hotel provides only valet parking and it is very expensive, but it is quick and easy to use and you feel good about leaving your vehicle with them as far as security.
