Coffee, hot chocolate and ice water available at all times.
Early check in was very nice.
Safe front door at night.

Cons:

Water pressure in the bathroom shower is imconsistent
The sink faucet doesn't extend far enough into the sink and then makes a mess of water all over the counter, just simply trying to wash your hands.
The towel rack was falling out of the wall.
The doors slam quite loudly from other rooms.
Staff was knocking on the door 2 hours before check out.
They also opened the door when they thought we were checked out. The message wasn't communicated that we added the first night into this stay. We added the night of the 22nd. I wasn't informed I'd need to see the desk the following day or that the housekeepers would think we were out of the room.
They are little things. Overall, we had a nice stay. I'd probably look at staying at a different hotel next time.
Overnight parking is too expensive.

Smooth check in
Pros:

Due to a snow storm up north, we had to arrive in Nashville much earlier than planned. The night before departing from NY, we called the hotel and spoke to Kerolos who was so patient and kind. He reassured us that everything would work out and if we did arrive early in the day, he would do his best to check us in early. Thank you Hampton Inn for your staff.
