Très déçu par notre séjour chez Qema Lima. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation : propreté immonde (déchets dans la salle de bain, moisissures), plafond abîmé, coffre-fort et Wi-Fi hors service, rideaux cassés et aucune isolation phonique. Le plus regrettable reste l’absence totale de réaction du service client : malgré un email détaillé envoyé après notre séjour, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse, ni excuse, ni geste commercial. Très décevant et indigne du niveau de service attendu.

La habitación no tenía secador, el personal intento solucionar pero no pude tener uno en mi habitación. Claramente en las mañanas hace mucho frío y salir con el cabello mojado no es una opción

Posizione comoda vicino al parque kennedy. Colazione buona al costo di 5€ con possibilità di scegliere un piatto. Pulizia nella media. Con i tappi abbiamo dormito bene.

Pros:

Cama muito confortável e chuveiro ótimo, esquenta bem! Localização ótima, fizemos quase tudo a pé. Funcionária da recepção que nos recebeu foi muito simpática e acolhedora!

A iluminação de lâmpadas do quarto deixa a desejar. A porta do banheiro não abre toda e fica um pouco ruim de passar.

Llegamos muy temprano para el check-in y nos dejaron guardar la maletas, además que nos permitieron entrar dos horas antes a la habitación. El desayuno estaba rico y variado. La ubicación estaba perfecta, llena de restaurantes y cerca de varios puntos turísticos que se podia llegar caminando.

Cons:

Para mi la atención fue buena pero no de todo el personal, en especial del chico del desayuno que era poco amigable. Uno de los días nos colocaron un cubrecamas sucio. No nos explicaron varias cosas desde el inicio, como si no podíamos tomar desayuno temprano podíamos optar por uno para llevar, lo supimos por otros huéspedes. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. El baño estaba muy descuidado y no había secador de pelo, no siempre nos cambiaban las toallas. Yo no me volvería a alojar en este hotel.

El restaurante del hotel es deliciosoooo. vale la pena pagar el desayuno y además cenar algún día comida nikkei

separamos un tour con el hotel y la coordinación no fue nada buena. las personas del hotel no tienen información de tu tour por ser un servicio tercerizado, pero tampoco te dan un contacto para coordinar. considero que el servicio de tours es mejor separarlo directamente con alguna agencia oficial reconocida

Don’t think is great value for money

Good:
- People at reception were lovely and there’s a great restaurant just outside of it and a little shop 24/7 inside
- Cheap
- Location, lots of shops and restaurants

Cons:

Bad:
- My mattress was very dented and soft, and sheets kept coming off. Only one duvet that was too hot. I know this was a cheap hotel but not that cheap like an hostel and they could easily fix this
- Toilet had mould and the shower water in the morning was cold two days
- The noise - the walls are thin so from 5am you would hear the doors banging very loudly. The AC in the room was also loud.
