Super hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is such a great place to stay with a view over the main square.

The rooms are quiet, cosy and decorated with interesting art by Polish artists. The rooms had coffee machines and were well equipped including bath robes and slippers. The beds were very comfortable and offer a good night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet had lots of options with fresh fruit, yoghurt, various hot and cold options and crepes. The pastries were delightful too.

There is a restaurant and bar with tables on the square and we enjoyed food and drinks here. The atmosphere is great and the service was fabulous.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city.
Pros:

The location was top rate. Breakfast was one of the the best we have had over the years.
Certainly we would return to the hotel when returning to Krakow.

Cons:

There was a significant lack of shelving that was available for clothes storage. What was worse. There was no drawers at all, all ladies must have drawers for their finery.

The staff was really nice. The rooms was clean and comfort. The location is just amazing. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the hotel.

Cons:

We've reserved deluxe double room with city view, but first we were accommodated in room with no view at all. After a short conversation we were moved in a room with great view, but int was ordinary one, no deluxe. Anyway, it was perfect, but there was an option to stay with no view.

Perfect location with stunning views of the square, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and a surprisingly quiet room
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Wenzel Hotel. The location is outstanding—I could open my windows and enjoy a beautiful view of the entire square, which made the experience feel very special. Despite being in such a central location, the room was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bed was very comfortable, and the large shower was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The hotel combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
