Wonderful communication, all inquiries were promptly answered. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Official website has individual detailed description of each room. Request for Room #25 was honored. View of square is awesome, especially magical at night. Noise level was OK despite being on 2nd floor. You can either open the windows and enjoy vibe and musical performance below, or close them to enjoy the view in quiet.
Breakfast was adequate. In addition to the buffet, there is a small egg order menu. Free bikes for guests.
Airport xfer was 150 pln which is convenient but pricey.
Pillows were either too small or too big & flat. Normal pillows please!

The location is great and the building itself is amazing. Unfortunately, everything else undermines the hotel’s enormous potential, which is a real pity.
The service is incredibly poor for a hotel of this category. Both the person at reception and the staff member in the breakfast room were rather rude.
When we arrived in our room, we discovered, to our immense surprise, that there was no bed for our 4-year-old daughter, even though we had booked the room for two adults and one child. The receptionist told us that we should have specifically requested a bed. What? Where exactly was our daughter supposed to sleep? They eventually provided us with a baby cot, which was clearly too small for her and in which she could barely fit. Awful.
The breakfast was also very poor: no croissants, no biscuits, and very little fruit available. There were some cakes filled with cream, which seemed much more suitable for dessert or an afternoon snack than for breakfast.
We asked to sit at a table close to the window that was available but had not yet been cleaned. The lady first told us to wait while she cleaned it, but then said that the table was intended for only two people—even though there was clearly enough space to add an extra chair. Incredible.
She also repeatedly reminded us, as well as other guests, about the breakfast closing time. She even started clearing things away a few minutes before the official closing time. We understand that the hotel may have scheduling and organizational constraints, but this complete lack of flexibility at breakfast in what could otherwise be a wonderful hotel is absolutely unreasonable and, ultimately, counterproductive for the hotel itself.
These issues ruined what could have been a wonderful stay. The service and breakfast arrangements should be completely rethought if the hotel wants to meet the expectations associated with a 4-star property, especially given the high prices it charges.
Stanza molto grande con bei mobili ottocenteschi, bagno spazioso con vasca e bidet. Vista spettacolare sulla piazza del mercato. Staff gentile e disponibile, parlante inglese e un po' di italiano.

Massive shout out to Gregory who made this stay for my mother amazing, He was very responsive through email and was able to accommodate all my requests making this stay fantastic. The room was amazing and gave great views onto the square. My mother didn't want to come home!
