Pros:

Mas me gusto fue el ambiente del desayuno ennla picina, los pasillos muy bonito, la recepcion tambbien es amplia hasta sin gente. Todo bien cama amplia vista a la piscina ufff buenazo. Volveremos ya que estuve por negocios ahi en piura.

Cons:

No me gusto que no hubiera plancha tuvimos que solicitarlo 2 veces. Nesesitabamos la plancha pero al final lo entregaron.

Excelente ubicado y la atencion del personale es excepcional! Los cuartos y el desayuno nos encantaron!

Cons:

Hubo un inconveniente con la comunicacion del mantenimiento del area de la piscina. Se nos ofrecio una cortesia por ello durante nuestra estancia.

Muy Buen hotel
Pros:

Muy bien ubicada. Limpia y con mucho estilo. La atención es buena. El desayuno con mucha variedad. Estuve en la suit y es de 2 ambientes muy implementada.

Cons:

Pequeños detalles como mejorar la pintura de las paredes o que mejoren la colocación de la ducha española. Se veía algo desordenado. O q había filtración de agua de una pared y se veía corroída la pintura. Me fijo en eso xq soy un poco maniático en los detalles. Lo q sí me llamó la atención fue que todo servicio al cuarto es pagado al momento que recibes el pedido. He estado en otros hoteles de ese rango, pero no te piden eso y cancelas todos los servicios a la salida. No fue un problema para mí, pero si me llamó la atención.

LOS DESAYUNOS SON EXPECTACULARES, LA AMABILIDAD Y CORDIALIDAD DE TODO EL PERSONAL ES REMARCABLE, PERO ME SORPRENDIO Y POR ELLO LES FELICITO, QUE EL SHAMPOO Y JABON SEA DE DISPENSADOR PARA EVITAR LA PRODUCCION DE PLASTICOS CUANDO ESTOS SE TERMINABAN, UN PLUS POR EL HOTEL Y PARA EL AMBIENTE.

Las máquinas del gym estaban apagadas y una máquina de pesas estaba malogrdas, se llamo al servicio quien lo arregló.

Établissement très bien situé, chambres confortables et repas de bonne qualité. Établissement cosy et personnel très agréable et aux petits soins.

Je pense que nous ne sommes pas tombés à la bonne période tout simplement. L établissement était en restauration au niveau de la salle principale et de plusieurs chambres. La piscine présentant certainement un problème de fuite était inutilisable . La salle de conférence était bruyante ( climatisation) et la porte ne pouvait pas se fermer . C est dommage
