Op zondag bij terugkomst begin van de avond, stond onze deur en van de kamer naast ons op een kier. Iets wat vreemd was aangezien de schoonmaak in de ochtend heeft plaatsgevonden en wij om 15:30 uur naar buiten gingen. Het hotel kan niet direct een antwoord geven. Camerabeelden konden pas de volgende dag worden bekeken omdat de verantwoordelijke niet aanwezig was en ook niet een vervanger. Ook op maandag was er geen antwoord. De beelden hadden niets uitgewezen. Ook ons verzoek om deze beelden te bekijken kon niet ingewilligd worden.
Er is niet gerommeld in onze spullen en niets gestolen. Maar de houding en reactie van het hotel was niet goed. We kregen het gevoel van "er is verder niets gebeurd, niets gestolen, dus waar maak je je druk over".
Geen excuses, geen andere kamer aangeboden, niets. Bijzonder jammer aangezien het verblijf verder wel goed was.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls gut.
Es liegt direkt am Plaza de Arma.

Piscina sucia y habitación con ruido

El desayuno buffet estuvo muy bueno y variado.

Cons:

La piscina estaba sucia , es de poca profundidad y ni se veia el fondo .. muy descuidada para ser hotel de 4 estrellas.La habitación 216 se escuchaba el ruido del casino que esta abajo .

Un verano en relax

Las instalaciones y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, la piscina para una tarde cansada es el mejor relax, un cóctel en el bar suman al descanso. El desayuno es delicioso y variado! Tienen un gran compromiso con la atención de calidad.
