Le sobran 2 estrellas… hotel de 3 en Europa

La situación del hotel

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación interior sin ventana siquiera y nos dijeron que era la habitación estandar que habíamos reservado por booking. Al final nos cambiaron la habitación pagando una buena diferencia alegando que el problema era de booking por no habernos informado de que era una habitación interior.
Las instalaciónes estaban todas faltas de mantenimiento en habitaciones y salones… mesas rotas, marcos cortados, humedades, hasta la silla de recepción estaba relegada con cinta de embalar. Algo que no se puede permitir en un establecimiento de 5 estrellas

Breakfast was pretty good, the only thing we did not like was that the menu changed every morning, would be nice having a continental breakfast.

Pros:

Cama grande y muy cómoda, habitación oscura y poco ruido. Buen aire acondicionado. Se logra descansar. Ubicación. Tiene un excelente espacio para eventos

Mal costo - beneficio. Por la mitad de lo que es su costo, estaría bien.
Pros:

El servicio ofrecido por el staff es muy bueno, son amables y dispuestos. El desayuno tiene huevos al gusto lo cual es bueno.

Cons:

El costo - beneficio. La hab que me asignaron eran parecidas a las de la foto, solo que con algunos años de diferencia, estaba desgastada. El closet muy pequeño, el baño es igual o menor a un baño de hostal. No tenía plancha, solicité una y la mesa de planchar estaba acabada (ensucié toda la cama) y la plancha arrojaba óxido. No tenía ventana en toda mi habitación
