Pros:

It is a clean and modern accommodation with beautiful grounds to walk in and the staff were polite and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was pretty good for this kind of hotel with enough healthier options.

Reception were always helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The Aircon was limited to 21C minimum which wasn't quite cool enough for a very comfortable night's sleep but it wasn't too bad.

The pool is not heated and very small- in hot weather of 30c it was a nice temporary anyway.

la chambre était déjà payée, mais l'employé a exigé la communication de ma carte de crédit "par sécurité". Je n'ai pas apprécié cette défiance à mon égard, d'autant plus étonnante que j'étais déjà venu dans cet établissement !
J'ai demandé le lendemain l'effacement de ces données, j'ignore si cela a été fait.
Je vais surveiller mes opérations cartes " par sécurité".
Trés déçu.

Hotel stupendo, esteticamente molto bello, camera spaziosa,comoda e luminosa, servizi ottimi, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ristorante eccellente. Colazione varia con torte buonissime.

Cons:

La posizione è comoda e vicina sia al centro sia a Certaldo Alto, che si raggiunge con una passeggiata e una salita non molto impegnativa. Forse avrei preferito che l'hotel fosse in posizione più centrale o che avesse maggiore spazio verde nei dintorni della struttura.

Pros:

Idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région. Parking gratuit. Gare à quelques minutes pour se rendre à Florence. Chambre confortable et personnel aux petits soins. Large et très bon choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Piscine extérieur non chauffée. Franchement agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'hôtel
