Pros:

The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was in a nice area of the complex. Breakfast was good but not 5*

Cons:

The location: the photos suggest that the hotel is out in the countryside when it's actually very near to the lower town and next to a main road.
The pillows were so hard that sleeping was difficult. The room was large but had very little furniture so there was minimal space for belongings. Overall not the best stop of our Tuscany tour

Pros:

Sehr individuelles Hotel in bester Lage zur City. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Schöne Zimmer, schöner Pool.

Cons:

Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhl etwas laut. Sehr schwache Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

Das Bett war ein Hammer und wir haben traumhaft geschlafen. 👍
Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Wer sich bestens aufgehoben fühlen will ist hier am richtigen Platz 😉😊👌

Cons:

Die Gelsen/Moskitos sind bereits in der früh bis abends unterwegs im Außenbereich.
Wer, wie ich, ein Leckerbissen für sie ist sollte sich gut dafür schützen um nicht von oben bis unten geschmückt zu sein😆😜

Great place to stay in Toscana
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Very close to all the little cities and vineries. Walking distance from Certaldo, a beautiful little city with restaurants and castle. The hotel itself is very clean, with spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms, very nice pool. The breakfast at the hotel is great! And the staff if amazing, friendly and accommodating.

Wir würden wieder hin fahren.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Guter Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße und man hört ab und zu die Autos wenn man am Pool liegt. Das war aber lieb großes Problem.

LOVELY - We will return our next trip to Italy
Pros:

Breakfast was a superb, lovely buffet - fresh fruits, pastries, fresh omelets, fresh squeezed juices ... one of the BEST breakfasts I've experienced - thank you - Added bonus - lovely garden seating for breakfast if want : ) Lovely Hotel with superb service - recommended / arranged for us an evening meal celebrating our 50th Anniversary - at a lovely Castle in Certaldo village : ) This made our Anniversary trip magical !

Cons:

GPS - could not find the location every night for 3 nights - construction on the bridge - We hope to come again and see if that is better - We will be back and try it again : )

Das Hotelpersonal liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind begeistert.
Pros:

Uns hat alles super gefallen, das wunderschöne Ambiente, das freundliche Personal, die ruhige Lage, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, der riesige gepflegte Garten und der saubere Pool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Eine Mehrfachsteckdose im Zimmer wäre das i-tüpfelchen gewesen :-).

Pros:

Prachtige accomodatie en heel hondvriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima in orde.

Cons:

Drank aan de bar was in verhouding met andere plaatsen in de omgeving heel erg duur.
