Someone from the cleaning staff, removed a brand new pant from my wife from her luggage while she wasn’t at the room.

The parking situation is absurd. Very frustrating to arrive late at night and there’s no parking at all - in a huge lot. Red airport parking tags were in so many cars.

Comfortably, adequate.
Pros:

The staff is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is immediately off the interstate and requires tricky maneuvers in traffic to access the parking lot (which is well lighted, but still seems unsecure).
The bathroom tub and door showed extra wear, but everything was usable and clean.
The free breakfast is all carbs, with a limited fresh fruit and yogurt.

Good price if you're traveling and just need a place to sleep.

Cons:

The bathroom was kind of dirty, there was hair in the shower. Ran out of TP and tissue. TV was a bit difficult. The channel guide said info not available on every channel, so you couldn't figure out what was airing on any of the stations without stopping on every one.

Not a pleasant stay

The rooms where newly remodel

Cons:

The jucuzz tub was dirty and my wife and I left our room at 10am and return at 6pm. our room wasn't even cleaned.When I called the front desk to let them know about the situation they simply told me sorry, nothing they could do for me. I was left with dirty towels very little toilet paper. I had to go down stairs to get new towels and toilet paper. I guess it was to much of an inconvenience for the staff to bring towels, and toilet paper up to my room.

Cons:

False advertisement I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 full beds. Bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper no spares fridge did not work it would not make our drinks cold a huge crack on roof of one of the beds that looked like if someone would dare jump hard they fall through the roof. Then to find out on day of signing they charged a addition fee for the pet it says pet friendly and information was add then told if he is staying there a a 20 plus additional for his stay.
