Cons:

Delay on refilling trays for breakfast. We were due to attend a funeral but because of delay in breakfast arriving we either had to go without or wait and be rushed. However the food provided for after the funeral service was perfect.

The staff were welcoming and friendly.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

Having dined in the hotel service was a bit slow from ordering to actually receiving the food.
Our shower thermostat was stuck on the hottest setting leaving the water extra hot. We didn't enjoy our shower at all.
WiFi kept dropping and at one stage we had none at all, this included the public and guest connection . It was quite annoying as mobile reception (nothing to do with the hotel) was also poor.

Excellent location and hotel.
Pros:

Check-in staff excellent. Bed really comfy, room not too hot, just perfect, pillows too high (minute detail), didn’t stop me sleeping just threw them out. Breakfast lovely, overnight oats yum and brown bread WOW!!

Pros:

Good hotel in good location. Service are nice dependents on the shift I think. Some people nice and others are rude. Restaurant - ordered stir fried vegetables- received a sweet chilli " soup" in the bowl and spoon which been told is a stir fry..

Overall excellent stay. Great food, great hotel and the staff but the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

Great location as it was near the All Ireland schools cross country in Mallusk Playing Fields

Cons:

Everything was great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They had great sense of humour as well.
