The rating that I saw on booking.com is misleading.
Pros:

The room is spacious and close to the airport.

Cons:

- The whole hotel smells of chinese food.
- The room is spacious but the design is old fashioned: gold wall paper and gold bed back.
- The shower has a smelly curtain.
- The underground parking is scary, and looks like a storage or dumping place.

Buena situación cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Un hotel de cuatro estrellas que en España sería de tres estrellas.
Muy correcto. Ubicación estupenda para el aeropuerto de Malpensa. Con servicio de bus hasta el aeropuerto cada media hora.
Restaurante y bar con variedad de productos.
Piscina y tumbonas para relax
Habitación amplia, estuvimos en Queen size, 3 personas.
El baño anticuado pero correcto.
Limpieza muy buena.

Cons:

El personal no habla nada de español. Aunque en inglés todo perfecto.
Muy enfocado a tripulación de aeropuerto. Son muy ruidosos y poco respetuosos con el resto de clientes.

Best value stay of our trip and kindest, most helpful staff. Great revitalization before or after a long flight!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Better than usual spread for buffet breakfast. I generally avoid hotel buffet breakfasts and enjoyed this one! The kids were very happy to swim in the pool after sightseeing. The hotel rooms that we had were spacious. The shuttle ran smoothly. Gym was available with weights and machines. We were impressed by the value of this hotel.

למרות שהטיסה שלנו התעכבה ואז זה היה אחרי השעות אבל בוקר למחרת זה היה מעולה

Pros:

Great hotel near the airport to relax. The mattresses were great for a good night sleep and the showers are powerful for perfect. The staff allowed us fir early checkin and airport shuttle in the morning to the airport was very useful.

Cons:

It is nicer to have coffee, tea facilities in the room.
