Good location, all that I needed for a one night stay

Proximity to airport was good. Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I paid 30 euros for a taxi so I was disappointed.
Woman at front desk did not acknowledge me on arrival and rudely continued to talk on the telephone. I was not served until her colleague showed up.
There were no gluten free options on the dinner menu.

Pros:

The airport shuttle nice big beds

Cons:

The room was just in need of an upgrade 2 of the electric sockets were broken and the tv didn’t work and no milk for the morning coffee

Pulizia, ampiezza camere, colazione varia ed abbondante

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un disguido. Alla conferma mi è stato ripetuto e scritto in messaggio che c'era la navetta anche di notte a costo maggiorato. Abbiamo chiamato a 1:15 del mattino a volo atterrato e pare che questo servizio non è più disponibile.tuttavia a seguito di lamentela , ci hanno comunque mandato l navetta risolvendo il disguido.
