Sauna jest ok jak i basen
Stary hotel, przewartościowana cena i to znacznie zapłaciliśmy dodatków za klub i nie było warto.
Im Hotel alles sehr gut organisiert. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 40 Minuten erreichen, die Laage also auch sehr gut. Zimmer perfekt. Das Gym hervorragend. Frühstück interessant und reichhaltig.
The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.
Family friendly, staffs are all very nice

Breakfast spread was not very wide. The property looks bit old. I expected it to be a world class experience since it Ritz, but I was disappointed. The hoel and the class wasnt like what Ritz as a brand stands for. The restaurants were so small and boring, the food was not even italian tasting, the chef perhaps doenst know how to cook italian in the italian restaurant. Pizza was horrible, half cooked.
Good for biz trip
We stayed here with a large group from our Viking cruise. This is a top-tier hotel with excellent service, amenities, and all you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Our room was beautiful with a well-appointed bathroom and water bottles included. Our group had the buffet breakfast and dinner included, and my husband enjoyed the wide array of different cuisines offered, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and an extensive seafood bar. I have celiac disease, and I notified them in advance of my dietary requirements. After some initial confusion, the chef spoke with me directly and then arranged for safe food for me during my stay, as well as generous food for me to take for lunch (since I cannot eat local food with celiac disease). Overall, excellent hotel with outstanding service.
