Bon emplacement à 15 min à pied d’Ortigia. Facilités pour se garer gratuitement en voiture. Bon accueil. Hotel et chambre très propre.

Cons:

Nous sommes globalement très déçu par cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas, selon nous, ses 4* et le tarif associé, en comparaison aux autres hôtels 4* que nous avons pu faire. La chambre n’est pas très spacieuse, chasse d’eau qui fuit, douche qui fuit, kit de salle de bain au strict minimum, frigo et clim qui ne fonctionnent pas dès qu’on enlève la carte donc chaleur écrasante en entrant dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est également très décevant malgré une vue sur la baie d’Ortigia.

Nice place for a stay in Siracusa
Pros:

Ne vous laissez pas influencer par les mauvaises revues qui remontent à loin. L’endroit est très bien tenu. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant. Les lits sont confortables. Grand stationnement payant juste en face de l’hôtel. Sinon quelques places parfois disponibles sur la rue.

Cons:

Les chambres peuvent être un peu écho si votre voisin parle au téléphone à tue-tête. Certains voyageurs sont moins éduqués..

La localisation proche de la gare et de l'ile d'Ortigia, idéale pour la visite du vieux quartier de Syracuse.

Cons:

L'entrée de l'hôtel était à peine visible, nous avons fait 3 fois le tour du quartier pour la trouver. L'accès aux chambres est compliqué et celle ci sont bien exigües pour un 4 étoiles. On nous avait venté le petit déjeuner sur le toit qui donnait sur les toits délabrés de la ville mais avec malgré tout une vision partielle de la baie de Syracuse.

El recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial. No hay nada más que decir del hotel, porque nada más me gustó.

Cons:

Es increíble que Booking.com no controle las estrellas ni otras informaciones. ¿Dónde están las cuatro estrellas en este hotel? Poca limpieza e instalaciones antiguas.

Pros:

La posizione è buona e di fronte all'entrata vi è un parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo.

Cons:

Non mi è mai capitato di riscontrare una così grande diversità fra la valutazione rappresentata dalle stelle (4) e la realtà della struttura che a mio parere non ne vale neppure due: stanza microscopica, arredi che sembravano riciclati tanta era la disarmonia, asciugamani assolutamente indegni di un 4 stelle, niente ciabatte, niente in frigo (una sola bottiglietta di acqua, calda perché il frigo era spento). La colazione è povera e servita in un ambiente disadorno che induce malinconia.
La portineria chiude alle 21, anche questo mai visto in un 4 stelle. Insomma, un disastro.

Location was good - bear both the train and bus station and taxi area. Ortigia Island a reasonable walk or short cab ride away.

Cons:

Lack of anywhere to have a drink or relax at the end of an evening. No bar or place to unwind with a coffee annoying.
